Story
George is a 5yr blue tick coon hound. He is great with other dogs and hard. No with cats!! He is learning to walk on a leash and loves to sniff. He does not know he is a large dog and loves to cuddle. We currently have 3 other dogs in our home, so for safety, we feed him in his kennel and keep him in the kennel while we are gone. He seems to do fine, but we have never gone long. He would probably be good with kids, but again, he thinks he is a small dog, which he is about 70lbs.May 7, 2024, 8:01 pm

Story
Bluetick Beagles are active dogs that require regular exercise to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. Aim for at least an hour of exercise each day, which can include brisk walks, playtime, and interactive games. Engaging their keen sense of smell with scent-related activities or puzzles is a great way to challenge their minds. A tired Bluetick Beagle is content and well-behaved, so make exercise a daily priority.

Story
Marvin is a 3 1/2 year old Treeing Walker Coonhound Mix who weighs 56 pounds. He’s absolutely the sweetest boy who loves his people. He’s potty trained and crate trained though he doesn’t have to be crated even when you aren’t home. He loves all people he meets, great with dogs, ran from the neighborhood cat when it came to the fence. He loves to jump on his hind legs in excitement. Pulls on a leash at the beginning of the walk but does settle down and walk calmly after a few minutes. He loves have a backyard to run in! May 7, 2024, 8:01 pm

Story
Lyla is a stunningly beautiful treeing walker coonhound. She is a playful goofball that seems to think she is just a small pup, as she is always trying to squeeze and fit in spaces where she is too big! She is great with dogs and would really benefit from another playful fur sibling or from an active adopter(s) to help her express her energy with lots of playtime or exercise. She has been briefly cat tested and did just fine. She loves all kids and adults, loves getting positive praise, snuggles, and kisses and gives kisses back. She has had such a rough life so far and deserves only the best!!May 7, 2024, 8:01 pm
