Blue is a boisterous and energetic hound who loves to explore and sniff all there is to smell. He is affectionate when he works out the energy. He will be happiest with a big fenced-in yard to run around and lots of long walks. He has the hound vocalization, and his baying sounds a lot like the wrestler Rick Flair if you remember him from back in the day. SHe gets along with other dogs she's about 3 years old she likes people we noticed she does set when we give her a dog treats or even dog food. She seems very smart. She is kennel train we've been calling her bell she comes by that name. We were going to keep her but my husband and I have some health problems. She needs somebody that can give her all the attention that she deserves. She's a very sweet dog. We just want somebody that will take good care of her and give her a good home.

Gomez was lucky enough to go into foster, and we are even luckier to hear that he is doing great! He is understanding potty-training like a pro. He loves the other dog in the home and he is warming up to the kids like a champ. If Gomez can do this well in foster, imagine how well he can do in his forever home! Gomez is almost 11 months old, weighs just over 31 pounds, and is expected to stay a medium-sized dog (under 59 pounds). While we can’t promise his exact breed, we do suspect some bluetick coonhound. Those gorgeous markings, floppy ears, and signature howl give him away! What we can promise is a perfect mix of fun, curiosity, and an irresistibly sweet face. When you come to meet Gomez, you may see him zooming around the yard with his favorite canine pals. He would thrive in a home with a confident, friendly dog to help show him the world isn’t such a scary place. It’s important to note that Gomez may be a bit reserved towards new humans during a meet-and-greet, but our staff, volunteers, and his foster will happily tell you: once he opens up, he’s a goofy, playful puppy who loves to let loose when he's ready.
