Story
I am moving and split up with my ex, who said he would keep the dog. He now has had medical issues and cant keep the dog. ive searched throughly for a year for an apartment that accept dogs and him being a coonhound has been an issue. And i have to be out of this house at the end of March. Hes a 6 year old bluetick coonhound springer spaniel mix. Hes NOT neutered. He is up to date on his rabies shot. He just had flea and tick treatment. He has not been around other dogs much but he is playful with them and not agressive. He is a coonhound so he chases cats so preferably no cats. Hes not mean he just chases and sniffs them. He has been around kids his whole life and ive never had an issue but would prefer to see him go to a home without as he needs ALOT of attention and time. And hes always been seperated from my toddler. I mostly just dont trust kids to respect dogs personal space.

If you’re ready to partner with your vet and give this gentle girl the support she needs, Sammy will reward you with loyal companionship and plenty of playful moments. Sammy could potentially live with another mellow dog or a dog saavy cat and could be successful with kids who can participate in her training.
