Hi, my name is Saige! I am a 2 year old Bluetick Coonhound. I am a sweet girl but a little shy at first and take some time to warm up. I would probably do best with in a home with a fenced yard or leash walking as the hound is me doesn't have the best recall lol! I do great with other dogs and kids! We received Sage from a lady in a different county after she had tried to locate her owners. Sage is probably between 1 to 2 years old(still has the puppy playfulness). Loving girl and loves to chase chipmunks. Very good with other dogs and has no aggressive tendencies at all. She loves to play and needs someone to fulfill those needs. We are in our 60’s and are unable to provide her with all the exercise, exploring and playing that she deserves. We do bring her in the house when it is very hot or cold and she has never had an accident or destroyed anything but she loves being outside playing and rolling in the grass. Her best friend died in July and she is kind of lost without her so another friend for her would be good. Adoption fee is negotiable to the right family.

Sissy is more outgoing and Cletus is more timid. Both are super huggers and playful. Their favorite spot is definitely the sofa. They love being outside and enjoying nice weather, but are to be adopted as family pets and not tied or penned outside 24/7. A fenced yard is required so they can enjoy time outside and don't take off on a hunt and become lost. They are playful and love to stretch their long legs while chasing around the yard.
