He loves to chase cars, so he needs someone with a fenced yard for his safety and patience to train that impulse out of him. If you're looking for classic hound charm with just the right amount of spark, Jack Ryan might be your guy. He is being fostered in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, about 2 hours outside St. Louis.
