As you can tell by my larger-than-life smile, I am quite the optimist. To prove such, I have written a poem just for my adopter (because I know, without a doubt, I'll get adopted!). It goes like this:  The grass is green,  the sky is blue,  I can't wait to be adopted by you.  We'll play ball,  at least a round or two.  I'll then spend the evening,  snuggled up to you.   Pretty great, huh?! I thought so too. Not only am I a poet, but I am a happy-go-lucky guy that gets along with just about everyone. Dogs? Love 'em! Kids? I'll lick 'em. Cats? I'll try to play with them, but they might not like that too much. Did I mention I'm young and full of life?! I'm like having a puppy without all the extra work because I am already housetrained! This pretty lady is Lil Ann. She is around 9 years old and she’s looking for a comfy, love filled, retirement home. She is affectionate and snuggly, loves her food, soft beds, your lap if possible, and she is crate trained and potty trained. Like a lot of us her age, she’s got a bum knee, so she’s on anti inflammatories, pain meds and supplements for that, the vet doesn’t think she’s a good candidate for surgery with her age. Lil Ann is good with dogs, EXCEPT for toy breeds. She has been around beagle size and up at my house and has been great with them all.

Meet Fletcher! This handsome hound was brought in as a stray and was insanely malnourished. He has been eating all the snacks and getting all our love and is gaining weight perfectly! Fletcher is one of the sweetest hounds we have had the pleasure of having! He's the biggest cuddle bug and loves to go on walks/hikes and use that hound nose of his! He is patiently waiting on his forever loving home. Fletcher needs to be in a home with older children. Come meet this gorgeous guy!! Age 5 yearsPuppies 6 months and under are typically $200 and dogs from 7 months to 6 years are typically $100.00. The adoption fee may be higher or lower than stated however, and is dependent on many factors including age, behavior, medical condition and demand. All dogs 7 years and older are free under our Saving Seniors program. We frequently run discount specials and occasionally a dog will be more than the stated fee.Most cats and kittens are $35.00, however there may be instances in which the fee is higher or lower, due to age, behavior, medical condition or demand. With felines, we always have an "Adopt one, bring another one home for free" adoption special!

Now it is my turn.  I am an all around great gal.  I do well with kids, cats and other dogs.  What more could you ask for?  I would be very happy hanging out on a farm of my own.  Oh, I can't forget to mention, because I know this is important to you humans, I am spayed, microchipped, heartworm and flea treated and current on all vaccines.  Come on!  You know I've peaked your interest.
