Very sweet dog. We are to old for his energy. We saw this dog being abused, so we offered money to save him. We have to old dogs that don't want to play with him. We already have so many rescue's we just can't do it. We are not the right people for this beautiful pup. He needs full love and attention.

Story
This is Hank. A 4 year old blue tick coonhound. I adopted him 2 1/2 years ago. He is a love bug. He enjoys neck scratches (he stretches his long neck all the way out it’s cute!) he gives himself noogies (rubs the top of his head) against you for hugs or new blankets and pet beds. He loves being out on a walk sniffing and exploring. He is a hound so he likes to make noise when he sees a friend across the street.he is very strong and while I have worked with him over the past 2 years he still has a pulling tendency on the leash so a strong hold and some time is needed with him. He is super quiet and laid back in the house. Only moves for a snack. He lounges and naps all day. I love him dearly but life is taking our family in a new direction. I have high hopes he finds a loving active family where he can go on adventures and cared for as he deserves.
