Meet Moongji🖤🤍 💙 Name: Moongji 💙 Gender: Male 💙 Age: Estimated 6 years old (Born in August 2019) 💙 Weight: 10.8 kg / 23.8 lb 💙 Adogs Updates Account: @_adogs_ 1. Health Condition * Neutered. * Microchipped, and heartworm negative upon retest. 2. Rescue Story * Moonji was living in a yard in Gimje. Unfortunately, as his elderly owners’ health declined, the dogs were left without proper care for a long time. Adogs gave the owners some time to say goodbye to their beloved dogs before safely rescuing Moonji along with five other dogs. 3. Basic Information * With People: Is a little shy around strangers at first, but quickly warms up if offered treats. When male volunteers visited the Center, he approached first, asking for pets. If young children are holding treats, he may try to take them from them, so caution is needed. * With Dogs: Is not very interested in other dogs and prefers spending time alone. Prefers quiet and nonchalant friends. * Separation Anxiety: Unknown, as he currently lives in a group setting at our center. * Potty Training: Potties inside his kennel and also marks on poles. Will need basic training in a home environment. * Walks: When he feels uncomfortable, he might get stubborn and stop walking, but most of the time, he follows his handler well. * Car Sickness: Travels well in the car without motion sickness during short car rides. * Biting: Has a strong appetite so he growls and bares his teeth a little if you pet him when he’s eating. May get mouthy if you forcefully try to hold him. Doesn’t show aggression otherwise. * Barking: Sometimes barks when he’s impatient for food or treats. Only gets loud when food is involved. * Likes: Loves treats! Even when shy, treats help him open up and respond well to training. Likes to rest in the sunlight. * Dislikes: Becomes cautious and uncomfortable with loud noises or when held forcefully. Is uncomfortable when strangers approach him. * Personality: Has low energy levels, so is generally quiet and well-behaved. Has an independent streak and is a true "gentle dog" who knows how to enjoy his own downtime.

Meet Aki💗 💙 Aki's Update Account: @aki.noa.sushi 1⃣ Health Condition * Spayed. * Microchipped. * Needs liver supplements and care as her liver is not in good condition. * Has skin problems and is taking medicated baths every three to five days. * Has bronchial stenosis and may cough when drinking water. * Had teeth extracted and cannot eat hard food, so extra care is needed. 2⃣ Rescue Story * Aki was rescued from a breeding farm along with #AdogsAji and #AdogsNoah during Adogs’ early days. She was adopted, but in September 2024, she was sadly returned to the center after her adopter suddenly passed away. Aki is now looking for a new family to help her overcome this loss and enjoy a happy new chapter in life. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Adores people so much. Warms up quickly even to strangers, showing her affectionate nature. Even with strangers, she likes to be held. Rubs her body against you and wags her tail, asking to be petted! * With Dogs: Shows interest and positive reactions towards dogs she meets for the first time.Stops and stares when she meets another dog on walks. * Separation Anxiety: When home alone with #AdogsNoah, she rests and waits well. When Noah is also out, she barks and scratches at the door, showing signs of separation anxiety. * Potty Training: Is so smart that she uses pads very well. Prefers to go outdoor for poop. Doesn’t mark indoors. * Hygiene: Calmly accepts bathing, drying, and brushing. * Walks: Walks very well without pulling on the leash. Occasionally has interest in other animals and wants to approach them. * Biting: None at all! * Barking: Barks briefly when a stranger comes in the home but quiets down quickly. * Likes: Likes human touch and attention, as well as other dogs! * Dislikes: Gets jealous if you’re overly affectionate with other dogs in front of her, since she loves attention so much.

Realizing she couldn't survive much longer in those conditions, Adogs stepped in urgently to rescue her. ​3️⃣ Personality & Traits * With ​People: Extremely friendly! Approaches new people without hesitation and handles enthusiastic affection or cuddles with ease. Is so gentle that she would likely get along great with children. * With Dogs: Gets along wonderfully with other dogs at the center without any conflict. * ​With Cats: Has not been tested around cats yet. * ​Separation Anxiety: Hard to assess accurately as she is currently living in a group setting at the center. * ​Potty Training: Doing great with indoor potty pads without any accidents. * ​Grooming: Very cooperative with basic grooming, such as brushing and nail trimming. * ​Leash Walking: Leash training will begin gradually once her giardia treatment is complete. * ​Car Rides: Rides well in the car without motion sickness. * ​Nipping/Biting: Has never shown any nipping or biting behavior. * ​Barking: Has never displayed nuisance barking or whining. * ​Likes: Loves people and treats! * ​Overall Personality: Generally calm and composed, but turns into a total lovebug who expresses her delight openly when greeting people.
