I found him as a stray trying to sneak food when I was feeding my neighbor’s cat. We have a lot of outdoor cats in my neighborhood but we don’t know where he came from. He was very nervous of people at first but it’s been at least 6 months where I’ve been able to gain his trust after consistent feedings. His personality has now come out and he is extremely loving and loves to jump his head into your hand for some good rubs and scratches. When I go for a walk he wants to tag a long like a dog and is very patient with the other outdoor cats when they come to snack on his food. He is very sweet and affectionate and has lived a hard life outdoors. I’ve brought him inside a few times in extreme heat and he curls up and takes very long relaxing naps where he doesn’t feel like he’s constantly on guard. He knows his name and I can call him from down the street and he comes sprinting and meowing all the way! I have cat allergies and I cannot give him the indoor life he deserves.

We found this sweet girl last year when she was a few weeks old. It looked as though she was bitten by a dog. We nursed her back to health and got her spayed. She is good with other cats, dogs and babies. Unfortunately, it has just gotten too much for our family right now and we need to make some changes. I knew we shouldn’t have kept her when we found her but I really wanted to try to make it work. She has been strictly indoors since she was a kitten, but recently has been exploring outside and she does love that and sticks around and comes when she is called. She is about 1 1/2 years old
