I am a gorgeous black cat who loves people, most of the time! I had a rough few years on the street but now I’m safe and secure and awaiting my forever home. I can be dominant with other cats. In fact I was kicked out of a Cat Cafe! Can you believe it! The nerve! I can be paired with a non dominant cat or kitten. I currently room with another easy going boy and we are besties. Because I don’t always appreciate pets or belly rubs the humans suggest no children under 12. I do have scars from previous injuries but they don’t detract from my cute Bombay looking self. PS. I love sitting on laps. And I love, love Lil Soups!

Story
With a heavy heart, I’m looking to rehome my cat. I adopted him from a foster mom when he was a kitten, and everything was fine until I became pregnant. Since then, he started peeing and pooping around the house and stopped using the litter box, even though he used it perfectly before. I’ve tried to manage, but now that I have a newborn and am home alone most of the time, it’s become overwhelming. I also have another cat (10 years old) and a small dog. While he and the dog coexist fine, he has started to act aggressively toward my older cat. I think he would do best in a home where he can be the only pet and have more attention and patience than I can currently give. This decision hasn’t been easy, but for my mental well-being and his happiness, I believe it’s the right thing to do. I want to find him a loving home where he can thrive. Kylo was a kitten when we rescued him from the woods 4 months ago. We kept him temporarily to give him a loving home before we would need to surrender him. He received some vaccines and deworming as a kitten but hasn’t had any medical attention since. He is very sweet and kind and playful. He is a snuggler and definitely a Velcro cat. We want him to be in a home where he will be taken care of and loved deeply.

Marvin was found wandering around in a Publix parking lot in Zephyrhills.  Cat Haven Rescue asked me to foster him while he was vetted, microchipped, and neutered.   Marvin is SMART, FRIENDLY AND TALKATIVE. We would love to keep him, but my older cats are just too territorial.  His fur is SOFT AND HE LOVES TO CUDDLE.  He has no bad habits whatsoever - he eats well,  sleeps through all night, always uses the litter box, and doesn't scratch the furniture.  We want someone who is settled down and wants to keep him his entire life.  He loves companionship so if you have another cat that needs a playmate, Marvin might be the kitty for you. Hi, I'm Charlie. I'm a cuddly little guy! I've had a few sets of shots, just waiting to be big enough to go get neutered and get my rabies vaccine. This is scheduled for November 25 at Spay n Save in Longwood. I am able to go home now, if you are willing to take me to my appt. Otherwise, you can pre-adopt me, and pick me up anytime on or after Nov. 29. If you are interested in meeting me, please complete an adoption application. Upon pre-approval, someone will reach out to set up a time for you to come meet me!  My adoption fee includes all of my FVRCP and Rabies shots, my neuter, my registered microchip, and a full set of medical records. You will just have to get me set up with my new vet within the first 30 days. Since kittens do best with having playmates and someone to cuddle with when our people aren't around, I will have to go to a home with other cats or kittens or even a dog (who likes cats of course).  Or you could adopt a second kitten from Second Chance, at a greatly reduced adoption fee. ##2219979##
