Meet T’Challa! This handsome boy may be a little shy at first, but once he warms up, he’ll be your loyal snuggle buddy. T’Challa has the sweetest little meow and a nonstop purr that will melt your heart. He’s a polite gentleman who loves pets, playtime, and even gives gentle love bites to let you know when he’s not ready for snuggle time to end! T’Challa enjoys toys, gets the zoomies on the regular, and absolutely loves lounging on a screened-in porch. He’s good with other cats, making him a wonderful companion in a multi-cat home. While he has an independent streak and doesn’t like to be held, that just means your hands stay free for endless petting! T’Challa is vision impaired—one eye was malformed at birth and the other is permanently injured—so his world looks a bit hazy. He can see out of one eye, but he needs someone patient who will approach gently so he doesn’t get startled. Despite this, he lives life to the fullest and is truly a fantastic cat. T’Challa is neutered, vaccinated, FIV/FeLV negative, and microchipped. He’s a loving, cuddly cat who thrives with companionship and doesn’t like being left alone for long. He’s best suited for a calm home with someone often around, like a remote worker or retiree. He’s thriving on a prescription urinary diet due to past UTIs and a blockage but is healthy and always uses his litter box. Nariño is scared of loud noises and needs a peaceful environment with patient, gentle humans. Nariño does not do well with other cats or dogs and will blossom best as your one-and-only. He should be kept indoors, but may enjoy short, supervised time in a safe, enclosed yard or patio. Nariño is looking for a patient, loving guardian with who will understand his needs, give him a stable environment, and offer all the cozy cuddles he craves. Peyton is a bit more independent, but he still enjoys pets and affection. Their original owners moved to Australia and couldn’t bring them, so I’m helping them find the right home.
