Story

This is Pepper, she is the sweetest and deeply loves her adult humans. She just wants to sit on your lap as often as she can and get all the head scratches. She is also a very elegant and sassy Leo lady. Pepper will give you little kisses if you give her squeeze tube treats. She is very laidback and loves to watch nature documentaries. She will actually watch the tv with you. Her favorite past time is rolling around in catnip and kicking her toys. I love her so much. I have had her since she was a month old, but she now has a chronic undiagnosed GI condition, and urinates outside the litter box only if she is stressed. Unfortunately, I can no longer afford her care and vet visits due to loss of employment. I would love her to go to a home where there are no other animals, and she can get all the attention and care she deserves.

Story

Petrichor is neutered, fully healthy and microchipped! Petrichor is living in a foster home. Fill out our quick adoption survey, and then we can set up a phone call or meet and greet with the foster! 💩: Litter Box Trained: Has a few litter box preferences that help them be successful. 😺: Prefers to be your only cat: Likes to be the center of attention and would do best as the only cat 🐶: Unsure with Dogs: Has not been tested with dogs, so their compatibility is unknown. We would recommend a slow introduction with a way to separate the home for each pet. 🧒 : Best with Older Kids: Would thrive in a home with older, cat-savvy children who can respect their boundaries. Petrichor is a sweetheart with big green eyes and deep brown, nearly black fur. He is shy with new people but is playful and affectionate with his friends. He will be happiest in a quiet space with access to endless pets, churus, and chaseable toys. 💰: Petrichor’s adoption fee is $100, and he is ready to join their forever home! 🩷: Next steps: Email adopt@onetail.org with questions, or submit an application online and we'll be in touch to schedule a meeting: https://www.onetail.org/apply-to-adopt/. Our adoption application stays on file for one year and can apply to any dog in our program. Once the app is submitted you will receive an email within 48-72 hours. For additional questions, email adopt@onetail.org

Tammy Faye

Details

Good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,

Story

I adopted Tammy Faye from an animal shelter. Three years old. Spaded. Took to the veterinarian, all vaccinations provided. Tested negative for everything. Became a cuddle buddy. Would spend hours letting me scratch her belly as we watched television. Showed not much interest in cat toys, laser pointer, etc. Was extremely happy with Tammy Faye but decided that she could use another cat to keep her company. In retrospect, maybe not the best idea. The new cat acts like a cat. Plays like a cat. Thought that she was rubbing off on Tammy Faye, becoming a cat. But they are jealous of each other. If I show attention to one, the other one doesn’t like it. Best if Tammy Faye is adopted separately. Loves to climb and get into boxes. Goes out on my balcony - 9th floor - no problems. House trained. Loves scratching posts.

Story

Hi, this is Tenny! He's a very sweet boy and loves to cuddle once he gets to know you. He needs a new home because he prefers to be the only cat in the household, otherwise he has accidents in the bathtub. If he is the solo kitty, he does great with litter box use. His favorite toy is the laser light which he could chase forever! He is up to date on vaccines and had a dental in the past year.
