Story
Ziggy is a cat with a personality all her own! Though she's had a bit of a tragic past with a pet parrot, she exhibits a wonderful independence typical of her kind. Her playful spirit is matched only by her appetite—this little lady loves her food! With her incredibly soft fur and affectionate nature, Ziggy is not just a pet; she's a delightful companion who thrives on attention and love. The adoption fee of $50 is a refundable deposit. The adopter will be responsible to have the animal spayed or neutered within 90 days at the clinic of their choosing. If this is completed within the required 90 days the adopter is to submit required documentation that includes a spay/neuter certificate, a receipt for the spay/neuter, and a rabies certificate to get their refund of up to the deposited amount. Spay and Neuter is required for adoption per our adoption contract and by Indiana State Law. All animals can go home the same day as adoption. We will need your photo ID and you will sign some documents. Adopters will also receive a copy of the animal's medical history to date. We do not do an application process. All adoptions are first come, first serve. We do not offer holds. All cats must leave in a carrier. If you are in need of one, you have the option to purchase one from us.

Story
I acquired pebbles roughly 3 years ago as a kitten. Have had her since. She is really good around kids and other cats once she gets used to being around them more. She is a scared cat at first but once comfortable she comes out She loves receiving affection and snuggles. She doesn’t like wet cat food. Little picky with dry food, we recommend temptations brand. She is house trained. Occasionally she will get UTI’s took her to the vet multiple times she continues to get UTI’s and I just cannot afford vet expenses due to having a 9 month old and expecting another. My wife and I just want her to have a loving home and get the care that is needed for her. very sole reason we are not asking for a rehoming fee.

Story
Benjamin was adopted at the Humane Society 6 years ago, when he was about 4 years old. His current owner was looking for a cat quite like herself - quirky, independent, knows how to play, loves to be around people, but most of all, lovable. Benjamin will follow you wherever you go. He wont sit on your lap but will enjoy sitting next to you, or in front of you so he knows he's the center of your attention. He loves being pet and will insist upon it as well. He will make sure to let you know when he's in the room and will announce it with his chirp. Unfortunately, the new landlord doesn't allow pets and we need to find him a new home as soon as possible. For his new home, he would love the freedom of being able to go outside. As long as he can do that, he is quite low-maintenance. But of course, he loves his daily petting and scratch under the chin! We hope to find him a loving home.
