Bombay kittens & cats in Lansing, Kansas

This is Dobbie a.k.a. Dobbs. Dobbie is a friendly, affectionate, gorgeous kitty. His caretaker believes he's a true Bombay, which means he's all black from his nose to his toe beans, with beautiful golden eyes. He's not even a year old. When he first showed up, Dobbie was starving, skinny, awkward, and pretty spicy; his love language was hissing and growling. Not only had he been dumped in a petroleum yard to fend for himself, but he was traumatized because he had an umbilical hernia, which let his internal organs protrude through his abdominal wall. So began the journey of getting him medical treatment and helping this poor guy learn that not all people were evil and that he could trust again. Dobbie has put on a lot of weight, and his coat is beautiful. His umbilical hernia has been repaired. And he's now a super sweet guy and getting sweeter every day. He's become very accustomed to the indoor cat life and wants to continue living that luxury life. Dobbie has lots of personality and simply wants to belong. TWO CATS: I really would love for them to stay in the same home. I’m so sad to post this but we do not have the money to maintain their medical bills at this point in life and I don’t want to make them suffer in my care. Binx (black) is 8, and Charles (Siamese) is 7. They both have opposite personalities, but they’re both sweet hearts. Neither is declawed and they are strictly indoors (however I think they’d like to go out if they were on a flea/tick prevention). They are up to date on all vaccines and treatments and I have all their medical records. They do well with dogs and children, although Charles is extremely shy to start out. They each have health concerns that have to monitored- they both are prone to getting UTI’s and are on special diets (neither are on any medications). They would do wonderful in the home of someone who works in the vet field in any capacity. We will be doing interviews and vet checks. No rehoming fee and they’ll come with everything I have for them.
