Meet Jake 🖤🤍 | Energetic, People-Loving Playmate Jake is a black-and-white bundle of energy who lives life to the fullest — play hard, explore everything, then crash into a well-earned nap. If you’re looking for a fun, engaging companion who will keep you entertained, Jake is your guy. This outgoing boy is obsessed with people and loves being part of whatever you’re doing. He greets new faces with confidence and is always ready to make a new friend. He’s also a big fan of other cats and would enjoy having a feline buddy to wrestle, chase, and play with (with proper introductions and the right match). Jake uses scratching posts like a pro and channels his energy into toys instead of furniture—a win for everyone. Jake has experienced some urine spraying behaviors, which we believe are related to anxiety and environmental stress. He's recently started anti-anxiety medication, and we're already seeing improvement. His future family should be prepared to continue working with their veterinarian as he settles into his new home, but we're very optimistic that with consistency, routine, and a lower-stress environment, he'll continue making great progress.
