Story
Dusty is an amazing young boy. I took him in from a breeder but I already have two dogs and two cats. We love him but he likes to play more than we do. My other animals are above 4 so they are a bit annoyed with him at this point. He is very loving and kind. He is 1 year old maybe 1 and 1/2. Lives to play, run and jump around. Very loving and sweet, just a bit more than I can handle right now.

Hickory (L) and Almond (R)-Bombay/DSH Black male kitten, ~ 10 wk. (Dec. 2025) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application Hickory came to Rescue when his pregnant mother delivered her litter in their foster home. He is looking for a home with his brother, Almond, being a bonded pair of little boys. He has been living in another foster home now, hanging out and looking forward to having a family . They are typical little kittens, love attention until it's time to run, play and chase. Then they are off, doing normal kitten things. They are used to living with other cats and will be easy to acclimate to a new home. They are bonded and looking for a home together...we will not separate the boys. The adoption fee is $150, each , to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. For our application, please email rescuebc@hotmail.com Include your location and a phone number for future communication. Story
Arthas is a 4.5-year-old neutered male cat who joined our home as a 5-month-old kitten in 2021. From the start, he has been very skittish and prefers to keep his distance from people. Over time, his comfort level around humans has not increased, and he remains a very independent, shy cat. Arthas does well around other cats and with dogs and enjoys observing and sometimes interacting with them, but he does not enjoy being handled, picked up, or petted. He thrives in a quiet, low-stress environment where he can choose his own space and maintain his independence. We are looking for a home that understands his need for autonomy, ideally a home that can offer a calm environment and patience with a cat who will never be a lap cat or seek out human attention. With the right home, Arthas can live a happy, comfortable life as the quiet observer he is meant to be. Arthas requires a calm, independent home. A modest rehoming fee of $25 applies to help ensure a committed adopter.
