Story
Bonded one-year-old Bombay-mix sisters Starlight and Hallie need a new home because the person who meant the world to them moved and chose not to bring them along. Although they found themselves with their world turned upside-down, it didn't change the fact that they have personalities as sweet as any cats you're ever likely to meet.  Despite what they've been through, they're playful, friendly, and wonderfully well adjusted. Starlight and Hallie love attention, enjoy playtime, and quickly bond with those who show kindness.  They love human company and purr warmly when pet.  We have not observed them with dogs or kids; we think they'd do well with dogs or kids who know how to treat cats respectfully.  They should be adopted into an interactive home where they'll get lots of attention and play time. These little lasses are closely bonded to each other, so they will not be adopted separately.  Starlight and Hallie are adorable little sweethearts with personalities that will fill any home with warmth, love, and fun.  They're an easy pair who would be suitable for a first-time adopter.Starlight and Hallie have been spayed, are current on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, and treated for worms and fleas. Their adopter will receive their full medical records. They're being fostered in Wellesley. Adoptions are facilitated by video meet-and-greets, as well as in-person visits.  There is a simple adoption process and an adoption fee, which helps us continue rescuing cats in need. In the case of these two girls, their adoption fee has been substantially discounted to a mere $290 to facilitate a quick adoption because their university-student foster is leaving the area very soon and we want to avoid them having to go through the stress of a needless transition. Cats can live up to 20 years, so please consider whether you can commit to providing a safe, loving home for life before adopting. Please email Safercats11@gmail.com with a little about yourself and the home you would provide. Doing so helps us match cats with the right adopters. Including your phone number is likely to lead to a quicker response.

Meet Rascal - A Second Chance Story Adoption fee: $249 Includes transport Adoption Application: copy & paste https://forms.gle/NCYmet7DbsGM6zr36 Rascal is a stunning 2-year-old Bombay boy with a sleek, jet-black coat and the most soulful, expressive eyes. But what truly makes Rascal unforgettable is his incredible journey—and the second chance he’s been given. Rascal was brought into a local vet clinic with a urinary issue, something that’s actually quite common in male cats. Sadly, his previous owners weren’t able to afford his care and chose euthanasia. Thankfully, a compassionate vet tech couldn’t let that happen. She stepped in, took ownership of Rascal, and made sure he received the treatment he needed. Because of her, Rascal is alive today and ready for a fresh start. Now healthy and thriving, Rascal is on a special urinary diet (very common for male cats) to help keep him feeling his best long-term. He’s a friendly, affectionate boy who enjoys people and does well with other cats. He has a calm, loving nature and will happily be your shadow, your cuddle buddy, or your quiet companion. Despite everything he’s been through, Rascal is still trusting, gentle, and full of love. He truly deserves a forever home where he will be cherished and never face uncertainty again. Rascal has already been let down once—we’re committed to making sure that never happens again. If you’re ready to open your heart to a resilient, loving cat with a beautiful soul, Rascal is waiting for you. 🐾 We do offer a discount when adopting more than one pet. Meet Bolo! Adoption fee: $249 Adoption Application: copy & paste https://forms.gle/NCYmet7DbsGM6zr36 Bolo is a stunning black female Bombay kitten with a sleek, glossy coat and the most expressive eyes. She’s everything you’d hope for in a kitten—playful, affectionate, curious, and full of personality. Whether she’s chasing toys, exploring her surroundings, or curling up for snuggles, Bolo brings joy wherever she goes. Bolo is currently in a loving foster home with Wally the Maine Coon, and the two have become the best of friends. They play, cuddle, and keep each other entertained, so we would absolutely love to see them adopted together as a bonded pair. They truly bring out the best in each other! That said, we understand every home is different. If you already have a young, playful cat or friendly pet at home, we would consider adopting Bolo on her own so she can still have a companion to grow up with. Bolo is healthy, happy, and ready to find her forever home. If you’re looking for a beautiful, fun-loving kitten (or an adorable duo!), Bolo might just be the perfect match for you. Apply today to meet this little beauty! 🐾 We do offer a discount when adopting more than one pet. All pets are microchipped, and the registration fee paid for lifetime. Meet our Spice Litter – six absolutely adorable kittens with personalities as sweet (and a little spicy!) as their names: Cayenne, Paprika, Chili Pepper, Pepper, Sage, and Thyme 💛 Adoption fee: $299 Includes transport Adoption Application: copy & paste https://forms.gle/NCYmet7DbsGM6zr36 Born on February 16, these little ones have been growing, playing, and thriving in foster care. They are everything you’d hope for in kittens—curious, affectionate, playful, and full of silly antics that will keep you smiling all day long. Because they are still so young and closely bonded, we are looking for a home willing to adopt in pairs so they can continue to grow, play, and comfort each other as they adjust to their forever home. Unless you have another young feline in the home. These kittens would do wonderfully in a home ready for all the fun (and a little chaos!) that comes with kittenhood—think zoomies, cuddles, and lots of love. ✨ Why you’ll love them: • Socialized and handled with love • Playful and affectionate • Raised with their siblings, so great with other kittens • Guaranteed to bring joy (and entertainment!) to your home If you’re ready to add a little spice to your life, please submit an application to meet Cayenne and Thyme—and maybe fall in love with more than one! 💌 Don’t wait—these beautiful babies won’t last long!
