Story
Star is a breathtakingly beautiful, two-year-old fluff queen with a personality that feels just as soft and special as her coat. From the moment you meet her, you notice her gentle charm and curious spirit. She has that perfect balance of affectionate and independent that so many people hope to find in a cat. She absolutely adores attention and will happily soak up all the scratches you are willing to give. Chin rubs, head pats, and those slow, comforting pets down her fluffy back are some of her favorite things. When she is in the mood for love, she leans right into you and melts into the moment, making it clear just how much she enjoys being close to her people. Watch her YouTube video now https://youtu.be/ofJwAnDG9SY?si=zBqX9V97sNdcurCF At the same time, Star has a wonderfully independent side that makes her such an easy and rewarding companion. She is the kind of cat who enjoys exploring her surroundings, finding cozy little nooks, and claiming special spots as her own. Watching her quietly investigate the world around her is part of her charm. She brings a peaceful, natural energy into a home just by being herself. Star thrives with people who understand and appreciate a cat who can be both loving and self-assured. She enjoys connection, but she also values her space and will let you know when she is ready to come back for more affection. That balance makes every moment you earn her attention feel even more special. With her stunning fluffy coat, her sweet nature, and her quietly adventurous personality, Star is the kind of cat who will truly shine in a home that gives her both love and respect. She is not just looking for a place to stay, she is looking for her person, someone who will appreciate her unique rhythm and let her personality fully blossom. If you are searching for a cat who will bring warmth, beauty, and a little bit of magic into your everyday life, Star might be exactly who you have been waiting for. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through.  We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below!  https://www.facebook.com/ThreeLittlePittiesRescueSavingKitties/  https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/  https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $87 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results were provided at intake.*

TUGS ON YOUR HEARTSTRINGS DOB 6/15/22 Meet Taco! This beautiful black kitty was found with a rumbling tummy outside a taco truck — so naturally, her name is Taco! Now safe and cozy in her foster home, Taco is living her best life and enjoying all the good things: soft blankets, chin scratches, and sunny windowsills. Taco is a gentle soul with a sweet personality. She gets along with both cats and dogs, but like any lady with standards, she may need a little time to settle into a new place. Once she does, she’ll reward you with purrs, head boops, and quiet companionship. If you're looking for a classy little foodie with a big heart, Taco might be the perfect match! HOPE ID 24-0309-G058 Taco is currently in the Houston, Texas area but can be transported to this location upon adoption. The $325 adoption fee includes transport, health certificate, spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites. Meet Petunia! Adoption fee: $249 Adoption Application: copy & paste https://forms.gle/NCYmet7DbsGM6zr36 It was a busy day at a local warehouse when an employee heard the softest little mews coming from inside a stack of pallets. When they looked closer, they found not one, not two… but NINE kittens tucked safely inside! They immediately called our rescue for help, and we brought all these little ones to safety. These kittens appear to be three small groups, likely born at different times, but all found together in the pallets. They’re all healthy, thriving, and absolutely adorable. We have all different colors and personalities—something for everyone! These sweethearts can be adopted in pairs, and we’re happy to help you choose the perfect match based on age, personality, and what you’re looking for. If you’re ready to add a pair of warehouse-cuties to your family, reach out to us! We’d love to tell you more about each one and help you find your perfect kittens. They would thrive in homes where they’ll get plenty of love, attention, and companionship. Adopting in pairs is highly encouraged so they’ll always have a buddy to play and snuggle with, but they can also be adopted individually to a home with another friendly cat. Apply today to give one (or more!) of these sweethearts the forever family they deserve. Fill out an application today and bring home your new best friend—or adopt a pair for double the love! We do offer a discount when adopting more than one pet. Meet our Spice Litter – six absolutely adorable kittens with personalities as sweet (and a little spicy!) as their names: Cayenne, Paprika, Chili Pepper, Pepper, Sage, and Thyme 💛 Adoption fee: $299 Includes transport Adoption Application: copy & paste https://forms.gle/NCYmet7DbsGM6zr36 Born on February 16, these little ones have been growing, playing, and thriving in foster care.
