Story
This kitty absolutely loves to purr and will start rumbling the moment you give them attention. He is very food crazy and never miss mealtime, but that just adds to their charm. Overall, he is very good, well-behaved cat who enjoys companionship and a cozy place to relax. In a new home, looking for someone who will appreciate a cuddly , affectionate cat and does mind mind an enthusiastic appetite. Adjectives I use to describe my cat are: loving, playful, chatty, food motivated, and sweet-natured.

Story
If you would like an application or have any questions, please send an email to us at: info@ht-ac.org Alex was rescued from the basement of an apartment building in Hartford, where she was abandoned by her owner who had nowhere to live. She is currently in a foster home in Glastonbury. Alex is a tripod and is missing her right hind leg. It doesn’t slow her down one bit, though! When not in a hurry, she mostly gets around with casual little hops, but she can put in short spurts of speed and has no problem jumping up to her favorite spot on the couch, as you can see in the video. Alex is a very friendly kitty, and settles in after a pretty short adjustment. She absolutely lives for attention and deserves to be doted on and loved by her very own persons. This will be no hardship as she purrs like a diesel engine and she has super soft and plush fur. She just stares at you as you pet her, like she can’t believe she got so lucky that you’re in her life. She is quite talkative, and is very interested in you and your daily life. She also enjoys a little alone time in cozy pet beds or perched where she can stare out a window. She has suffered some type of trauma in the past, and so now she shines best when in a calm, quiet environment. She’s also a little defensive when sharing space with other animals, and will likely be most successful as an only pet. She is 2 years old, and has been spayed, vaccinated for rabies/distemper, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.

Story
Please meet Cole. This very friendly and loving fella loves to play. He is black with a white patch under his chin and 3 white toes on his back left foot. After a play session all he wants is some affection and to lay on your lap for a nap. He was born in March of 2024. He has been neutered & is up to date on his vaccinations. This animal is being fostered in the South but transport to a location near you is included in your adoption fee. We use Rescue Riders Pet Transport, (www.rescueridersllc.net), the most animal-friendly transport on the road.

Story
Meet Larry, the sweetest little shadow you’ll ever meet! This adorable black kitten is equal parts snuggly sweetheart and spunky adventurer. Larry loves to zoom around the house chasing toys, and one of his cutest quirks is proudly carrying his favorite toys around in his mouth like the tiny champion he is. But when Larry decides it's time for attention? He will let you know. This boy has a lot to say, and he’s not shy about using his adorable meows to ask for pets, cuddles, or simply your company. Once he has your focus, he’s quick to curl up in your lap or arms, melting into affection like a true cuddle expert. He’s a treat enthusiast, too — offer him a snack and he’ll become your devoted little buddy in seconds. Currently thriving in his foster home with other cats, Larry gets along beautifully with his feline roommates and would love a kitty friend in his forever home. If you’re looking for a loving, lively, and delightfully chatty companion who fills your days with joy and conversation, Larry is your guy! Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Meet Kiwi! Kiwi is a sweet, 3-month-old all-black kitten with a gentle heart and a shy, loving personality. She may take a little time to warm up, but once she trusts you, she’s full of affection and cuddles. Kiwi would thrive in a cozy, calm home where she can feel safe and loved. She gets along with other animals and would enjoy having a furry friend by her side, but she’d also be happy as the center of attention in a quiet home. If you’re looking for a tender-hearted little companion, Kiwi is ready to fill your days with love. 🖤🐾 Application: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/6917a878ad5081890e0be2cc Questions?
