But what truly makes Rascal unforgettable is his incredible journey—and the second chance he’s been given. Rascal was brought into a local vet clinic with a urinary issue, something that’s actually quite common in male cats. Sadly, his previous owners weren’t able to afford his care and chose euthanasia. Thankfully, a compassionate vet tech couldn’t let that happen. She stepped in, took ownership of Rascal, and made sure he received the treatment he needed. Because of her, Rascal is alive today and ready for a fresh start. Now healthy and thriving, Rascal is on a special urinary diet (very common for male cats) to help keep him feeling his best long-term. He’s a friendly, affectionate boy who enjoys people and does well with other cats. He has a calm, loving nature and will happily be your shadow, your cuddle buddy, or your quiet companion. I hate that I have to do this. But a family member I need to go move in with and take care of is extremely allergic to cats. So i'm not able to take him with me... rocky is 15 years old. But has no signs of slowing down. He loves attention and loves to be petted. He hasn't been around a lot of other people or animals though.So i'm not sure how he will respond he's a good boy. More dog than cat at times.
