Story
Pepper is a very talkative loving cat that enjoys attention and playing with any string or rope toys. She has double the personality of any cat I've ever been around. She is a bit skidish and shy at times so she may need a gentle and somewhat quiet home to get comfortable.

Story
I acquired Edith from the Capitol Area Humane Society in February of this year, but due to child allergy and transportation issues it has become impossible to keep her. We really would like her to go to a loving and patient home. Edith is a delicate, sweet little lady who is definitely shy and would absoultely benefit from being an only pet in a quiet environment, preferably a home without children or other pets. She likes to bask in the sun at the window and specifically likes to be pet on her head. She isn't the biggest fan of being picked up yet, but is certainly opening up. In my experience, it will take her a bit of time to warm up and be the cuddler she wants to be. She has her own pace though. Edith prefers dry food, dry treats and has no trouble eating or drinking as much as you give her. She's a bit of a "Garfield" that way. HA! She also uses the litter box without issue. We would be happy to provide her toys, collar and treats upon successful adoption. Best wishes.

Story
Shamo was adopted as a kitten for my nephew who lived with me 7 years ago. My nephew has since moved out and left Shamo. I got two cats of my own and within a year, Shamo became aggressive with my timid female cat. He attacks her unprovoked. Until this point Shamo never had an issue. He is actually very affectionate and loves to be with people. He also loves my dog. Unfortunately Shamo can’t be with other cats. Medication worked to reduce his behavior for a year but its no longer effective. I want Shamo to have a chance to be happy with another family without other cats.
