Story
Mae (Mother) & Murphy (Daughter) are a bonded pair. We adopted them two years ago from a rescue shelter, but need to send them to a better home with a new baby in our house now. Mae will be 5 years old in December and Murphy will be 3 in February. Mae enjoys sitting on laps / being pet regularly, while Murphy is more playful and content to be running around solo. Both of them are social and cooperate well with strangers, kids, & they play great with each other. They still have their front claws and come from a non-smoking home. We have a dry food auto-feeder, Petlibro Dockstream water fountain, two litter boxes, a carrier, and some of their favorite toys that would all be included with them! They are up to date on all vaccines, but will likely need annual rabies vaccines soon. Willing to negotiate adoption fee. They are comfortable both in our house and garage, but have been indoor-only in their two years with us. We couldn’t stomach separating them, so asking for both to go together!

Story
Hi there! I am Graham Cracker, a beautiful 5-year-old tortoiseshell girl looking for a calm, quiet forever home where I can feel completely secure. True to my "tortie" nature, I am a devoted companion who loves to be near my person, but I am looking for a special adopter who understands that sometimes the world feels a little overwhelming for me.My Ideal Home: Quiet Environment: I thrive in a low-traffic, peaceful home. A bustling household with lots of activity or noise makes me nervous, so a calm apartment or a quiet house would be perfect for me.No Other Pets: I prefer to be your one-and-only queen! I am looking for a home where I don’t have to share your attention with other dogs or cats.An Understanding, Patient Adopter: I experience separation anxiety, especially at night when doors are closed. Because of this, my ideal match is someone who is patient, home often, and comfortable letting me sleep in the bedroom with them or setting up a comfortable open-space routine.
