Story
Meet Papa! He is a spunky 8 yr old adult male, presently in need of a new home. My elderly mama is coming to live with me, and she is intensely allergic to cats. Papa is full of life, so eager to play with shoelaces (once removed from the shoe, just swing it gently like a jungle vine), infinitely curious about people, funny, quirky and when he's very comfortable, he's 100% goofy. He also loves it when you sing or dance gently. He thinks it's the coolest thing. Papa is not a very affectionate fellow, he prefers to explore, have space to himself and only get cuddles around mealtime, outdoor time and briefly on the couch. He likes to keep his belly and paws to himself, so make sure you don't cuddle him there (he pulls away and clearly doesn't like that). Good places to pet him are: his head, his ears, his fluffy cheeks (OH yeah) and near his tail. P.S. Papa would love to sleep by your feet at night. I hope you'll make him your own little love.

These pups are in Papillion, Nebraska too!

Story
Channi is a sweet and vocal girl. Channi is accepting of pets, loves to nap in cat beds, and is a low maintance girly. This beauty may do best as an only cat as she prefers to do things on her own. Channi lets us know what she doen't like by letting out the funniest little grumbles. This girl is looking for a home with someone who understands that she doesn't need constant attention to feel loved. Kittens or cats CANNOT be declawed, unless deemed medically necessary.   We will gladly provide you with alternatives to this procedure.  Kittens do better with another kitten to play with.  This gives you a break and give them company when you’re not home. The adoption fee is $125 and covers age appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter. The adoption fee helps cover the cost of these vetting procedures. If you want to meet this pet, or are interested in adopting, please submit an inquiry or email to tchspapillion@gmail.com. They will determine if you and/or your family are a fit and if so, provide instructions for completing the application.    After you have submitted an application and been approved, we will setup a “meet and greet” between you and the pet. Applications are reviewed in order of receipt.  Please be sure to follow us on Facebook to learn more about Town and Country Humane Society and our mission. ##1835196##
