Story
Channi is a sweet and vocal girl. Channi is accepting of pets, loves to nap in cat beds, and is a low maintance girly. This beauty may do best as an only cat as she prefers to do things on her own. Channi lets us know what she doen't like by letting out the funniest little grumbles. This girl is looking for a home with someone who understands that she doesn't need constant attention to feel loved. Kittens or cats CANNOT be declawed, unless deemed medically necessary.   We will gladly provide you with alternatives to this procedure.  Kittens do better with another kitten to play with.  This gives you a break and give them company when you’re not home. The adoption fee is $125 and covers age appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter. The adoption fee helps cover the cost of these vetting procedures. If you want to meet this pet, or are interested in adopting, please submit an inquiry or email to tchspapillion@gmail.com. They will determine if you and/or your family are a fit and if so, provide instructions for completing the application.    After you have submitted an application and been approved, we will setup a “meet and greet” between you and the pet. Applications are reviewed in order of receipt.  Please be sure to follow us on Facebook to learn more about Town and Country Humane Society and our mission. ##1835196##

Story
Ralph is a great cat. He is snuggly and playful when he gets comfortable, but he is a scaredy cat that will need time to adjust. We're having trouble with him peeing on the dog beds and any laundry left on the floor and our attempts to get this behavior to stop hasn't worked, so we are looking to re-home him. Maybe someone with more experience or fewer cats can correct this.

Story
Oscar is such a sweet boy. He loves to cuddle and rub his face on yours. He enjoys laying on the back of the couch and resting his legs over your shoulder. I love him so much. I need for him to have a good home. I can't keep him because my grandson is extremely allergic. I know he will make a great addition to your family.

Story
Peanut is a lover at heart but needs time to build trust and relationships with people. She is 5 years old and has been with us since she's been 9wks old. It's with a heavy heart we need to rehome her. Over the years my husband allergies have progressively gotten worse and pills are no longer as effective. Peanut is used to being in a home with a small dog but would need time to adjust.

Story
Hope is 5 years old and has been in our home since she was 9wks old. She is the sweetest most friendly cat ever. To her everyone is a friend and acts more like a dog than a cat. The only reason we are looking to rehome her due to my husband's allergies; which have gotten worse over the last 4 years. She will be missed by everyone including her best friend a small dog.

Story
Missy is around six months old. She was born under my aunts trailer with five other kittens who are all adopted. I thought I could take care of Missy, but I don’t give her enough attention, and I feel like I’m neglecting her. Missy is a kitten so she does require a lot of attention. She loves toys and scratching posts. I would recommend cutting her nails very often or getting her front paws declawed because she does like to claw at things. She is very sweet she gets along with everyone. I haven’t seen her around dogs but I don’t think she would have a problem. Missy is very active and loves to run around. Her and my other cat are often cuddling together. I haven’t gotten around to getting any of her vaccines and last time I went to the vet, she wasn’t old enough to get spayed yet so none of that is done. Overall Missy is very very sweet and will get along with anyone in your family.

Story
Bagherra is one cool little cat. She loves everyone and is extremely social and friendly. She was adopted by my family in Colorado. She’s been with us for about 9 years and we are heartbroken to have to give her up. She is fantastic with kids!!! She’s just a little cat with the biggest heart ❤️
