Story
Little Debbie is bringing exactly the right look for spooky season: sleek black coat, glowing tiger eyes, and the quiet habit of appearing beside you when you could have sworn you were alone. But this little house panther is much more cozy companion than Halloween haunting. She is playful, easygoing and wonderfully content simply sharing life with her person. Go watch Little Debbie on YouTube and see this sweet little shadow in action. She has a wonderfully uncomplicated way of making herself part of whatever you're doing. https://youtu.be/6RxgANNJWWo Little Debbie is fostered in a loving home where she has settled beautifully into everyday life. When her foster is gaming, she can regularly be found perched on the desk keeping him company. When it's TV time, she'll settle somewhere close by. And when he gets up to wander through the house, there's a good chance Little Debbie will wander right along with him. Even a closed bathroom door doesn't end her shift. She'll simply sit outside and wait for her person to reappear. What makes Little Debbie especially easy to love is that she doesn't need constant entertainment or attention to be happy. She is perfectly capable of pulling out a toy and entertaining herself, but she genuinely enjoys companionship and chooses to be near her people. She's playful without turning the house upside down, and her foster specifically notes that she's respectful of his things and isn't a countertop chaos agent knocking belongings onto the floor. There is something very appealing about a cat this simple to live with. Little Debbie can do her own thing when you're busy, happily keep you company when you're home, and add a sleek little black-cat presence to the room without demanding that the entire household revolve around her. She's just a cute, playful, companionable girl looking for a home where she can claim a desk corner, a TV-watching spot and, occasionally, bathroom-door security duty. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.facebook.com/ThreeLittlePittiesRescueSavingKitties/ https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $86 surcharge for transport. Story
This guy is the sweetest boy, and I've had (and currently have) a lot of cats! Our neighbor across the street unfortunately passed away last fall, and we've heard through the grapevine that he was feeding and sheltering about 13 strays, so we've had a few come onto the property over the last year. This guy has obviously never been feral because of how sweet he is, but he's been through the TNR program, so he is neutered and has a clipped ear. We already have six cats and two dogs (that are total buddies with him), so we're hoping to find him a home where he can actually live indoors when winter comes, because the inn is full, as they say, and it's very obvious he wants to be inside. I've been calling him Bagheera, and he already seems to know his name! He's probably more gentle than all of our cats combined, so I'd love to find him a great home where he can get a lot of love.

Story
Zanzibar 10 yrs old, Indoor ONlYZanzibar is a spunky, spirited guy with a big personality. He is a wonderful companion for someone who understands and respects feline boundaries.Personality: He is affectionate on his own terms. He is a "look but don't touch" guy in certain moods; he will let you know when he’s had enough petting, so he requires an owner who is observant of his cues. He will sleep right next to you at night.Favorite Things: Bird-watching from the window, lounging in cardboard boxes, and playing with toys, loves fresh water dailyCare: He is neutered. He is not a fan of nail trims (we usually do one paw per day), & he thrives best when his litter box is kept very clean. He is also not a fan of the cat carrier, so I do use a dog crate and normally try to have him go in on his own.Daisy & Zanzibar share a lifelong, comforting bond. While both can thrive alone, I prefer to keep this pair together, as they provide each other with essential security. Can’t be with any male cat

Story
Meet Fergus! If you’re looking for a kitten who’s equal parts sweet, playful, and affectionate, Fergus is ready to win you over. This handsome little guy has a sleek black coat and the most stunning blue eyes that seem to look right into your soul. While some cats prefer to keep their distance, Fergus believes life is better with friends. He’s social, friendly, and loves being part of whatever is going on around him. Watch Fergus and his siblings here! https://youtu.be/rG4pDWG9TGM?si=2sDsBCiU-rMIJau_ One of Fergus’s favorite things to do is climb right into your lap and settle in for some quality cuddle time. He loves attention and isn’t shy about asking for it. Whether you’re watching TV, working on your computer, or just relaxing, Fergus would be more than happy to keep you company. When he’s not collecting pets and affection, Fergus is busy being a kitten. He loves treats, enjoys playtime, and can often be found entertaining himself by chasing and playing with his own tail. His playful antics are guaranteed to make you smile. Fergus has a gentle, easygoing personality and would love a home with cat or dog siblings to play and snuggle with. He’s the perfect mix of affectionate and fun—always ready for a game, a snack, or a cozy lap. If you’re looking for a kitten who wants to be your friend, your cuddle buddy, and your tiny shadow, Fergus is ready to fill that role. 🐾🖤 Apply here: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/6a1a3ef61459ab78e6074d2a Questions? Story
Bruce is ready to join you in whatever you are doing! Folding laundry? He will happily supervise. Relaxing on the couch? Ta-da, you magically have a sleek little black shadow curled up beside you. At just four months old, Bruce already has the kind of confident, affectionate personality that makes life with a cat feel wonderful. His foster describes him as social, playful, and endlessly companionable, and after spending just a few minutes with him, it's easy to understand why. Before you read another word, go watch Bruce on YouTube, then come right back. It's the best way to meet him. You'll get to see him bouncing around with all the joyful confidence a kitten should have, while his foster shares more about what makes him so special. Watching Bruce play is enough to brighten anyone's day, and we all love the undeniable magic of a bright-eyed black cat. Estimated to be around 4 months old, Bruce is being lovingly fostered in a home where he's growing up alongside other cats and two giant Great Danes, both of whom he absolutely adores. He takes everything in stride, greeting new experiences with curiosity instead of hesitation. Whether he's racing after a toy, following his people from room to room, or confidently making friends with dogs many times his size, Bruce approaches life with an easy confidence that makes him an incredibly fun kitten to have around. His playful nature is balanced by a wonderfully affectionate heart. Bruce genuinely enjoys being part of the action, not because he demands attention, but because he simply loves being close to his people. He has that delightful "little shadow" quality, happily accompanying you through the day before settling in for cuddles when the adventures are over. His sleek black coat only adds to his charm, giving him the look of a tiny panther while his personality remains completely approachable, sweet, and full of joy. He's the kind of kitten who would thrive in many different homes, whether joining another playful pet or becoming the center of someone's world. Raised in a loving foster home with excellent socialization, Bruce is already proving himself to be confident, adaptable, and ready for whatever comes next. If you've been hoping for a kitten who is equal parts playful companion, loyal sidekick, and affectionate best friend, Bruce is just the one you've been waiting for.
