My name is Cooper and I am a handsome medium sized 3-year-old Border Collie mix with soft fluffy chocolate and white flowing fur and stunning orange eyes. I am a dog packed with life, enthusiasm and I absolutely have a great love of adventures! I am energetic and I would benefit from some training to help channel all my wonderful puppy like energy. I walk pretty well on a leash, enjoy being outdoors, am gentle, patient, friendly and intelligent. I love being around people and I bring a happy, mature, trusting and playful presence wherever I go. I find myself very lonely in the shelter and I needed to find someone to love again outside this noisy environment. I enjoy spending time with people, whether that means a nice walk, playtime or simply relaxing by your side. I am eager to please and thrive in a home ready to give me love, guidance and companionship. If you’re looking for a dependable, loving canine best friend, I am ready to be yours! I would thrive best as the only animal in the home, where I can soak up all the attention and build a strong bond with my person!I am neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines and house broken. Come to the shelter and check out my cuteness for yourself, I won’t disappoint you. I will need a consistent adopter, who can provide structure, training and plenty of daily activity. He will be needing surgery and will need his foster home to help him recover from that surgery, administer medications, and assist with physical therapy.Suzi and Clancy came in together and have been inseparable ever since. They’re a bonded pair and will need to be fostered together. When they`re apart, they both struggle without their other half. It’s clear their hearts are happiest when they’re side by side.
