Story
Sadly my neighbor and friend passed away and I am trying to find a home for his dog. My neighbor was a veteran who died from complications of agent orange exposure. The dogs name is Dog. He is a border collie mix about 9 years old. He is good with kids, people and other dogs. He is also very sweet, calm and well behaved. He has played with my 3 year old grandson and is great with him. I travel too much or I would keep him myself.

Or, how about these Border Collies in cities near Payson, Arizona

Story
SIBLINGS LOST THEIR OWNER TO CANCER, WILL SPLIT IF NECSSARYAll dogs are located in foster homes in southeast Arizona. They are between Benson and Willcox just south of Interstate 10. We are approximately 2 and 1/2 hours from Tempe and 1 hour east of Tucson. Joey is a girl! She came in with her brother James. Such a tragic story, they were rescued a couple of years ago by a wonderful woman in Kingman. The woman got cancer and knew she was going to die, she asked us to help her with the remaining personal dogs, she we were happy to. Joey and James are border collie mixes that are NOT high energy. We would love them to go together but we will split if necessary. They are so good in rescue; I forget they are here! They don't get involved with the ruckus at the farm! They are very dignified and sweet. Joey is approximately 4 years old and weighs 35 to 40 pounds, James weighs 42 pounds. I believe their weight was taken a while back and they are probably a bit heavier. They are very quiet, house broken with good manners. They are angels in their foster home. They get along with everyone, but they stay out of the pack situation. They are in GREAT physical condition! The rescuer did a magnificent job of saving these two from the high kill shelter in Kingman! Please come meet these wonderful dogs. Please come meet Joey and James and give them a real forever home. 602-316-8919June 6, 2024, 6:13 pm

Story
Meet Sophie, a spirited senior dog with a love for long walks in the park. Sophie walks very well on a leash and struts her stuff in public like she owns the place. She does well with meeting new people and does even better if they have a few treats in their hands. Sophie does have a few requests and prefers to be an only animal, as she does thrive being the only furry companion in your heart. However, if you are looking to give a home to two dogs. Her and brother Gecko are the perfect Duo.**Only Animal****Can go home with Geck0****No Young Kids**

Story
Say hello to Gecko. He is an older boy, but that doesn't stop him from having fun! He does enjoy playing with toys and can't help to take a dip in the pool. Other than having a good time, Gecko is also all about the treats! He is very treat motivated and has an easier time meeting new people if they have some to give. It helps him shake off the nerves. Gecko is an only animal and rather not share your love with other animals, but he is okay sharing it with his sister Sophie.**Only Animal****Can go home with Sophie****No Younger Children**
