Story
Hi, I’m Kaia! I was surrendered through no fault of my own when my owner could no longer care for me. I’m good with other dogs, partially house trained, and used to staying in a kennel. I can be nervous when left alone, but I would be a great fit for many families with patience and understanding.I don’t have experience with cats or other small animals. I love playing with other dogs and enjoy walks, fetch, tug, toys, running, and also relaxing when it’s time to settle down. I’m not reliable off leash. I previously lived with four other dogs, so I’m very comfortable being part of a pack!

Minnow is looking for a loving home! Hi there! I’m still settling in. I’m new here, and my caregivers are still learning all about me. Some of my preferences and habits haven’t been fully explored yet, but that just means there’s more to discover together! What we’re still learning: 🐕 How I feel about other dogs 🚶 My leash skills 🏠 Whether I’m potty trained 👶 How I do with kids and new people What this means for you: I haven’t had full introductions with other dogs yet Slow, gentle interactions help me feel comfortable Staff are happy to help answer questions and guide meet-and-greets Thank you for being patient with me! With time, routine, and love, my true personality will shine ✨ Come meet me at High Country Humane, located at 11665 N. Highway 89, Flagstaff, AZ 86004.
