🐾 Meet Polly! 🐾 Polly is a sweet 7-year-old Border Collie who came to us as a stray, so her history is unknown. She’s a gentle girl who just wants love and affection. ❤️ Polly does well with other dogs and is happy to simply coexist rather than play. Her history with cats and children is unknown. Could Polly be your new best friend? 🐶💕

Story
Hey there — I'm Chicken, and at just 1 year old, I'm a tan and white Collie-Border Hound mix ready to bring adventure and joy into your life! I'm friendly, affectionate, and full of energy, with a smart mind that's eager to learn and please. I love to play with other dogs and go for walks. I am still learning some manners, so you will have to be patience with me.

What are you waiting for? Apply today! Click here to apply for the pet Meet Bear, the dashing 2-year-old Border Collie who’s here to steal your heart! At 40 pounds of pure charm and energy, this handsome boy knows how to make an entrance. 🐾 With his shiny black coat and bright eyes, Bear is not just a pretty face; he’s also a super-smart pup who’s ready to become your loyal sidekick! Now, let’s talk about Bear’s personality. He might be a little shy at first, but give him a moment to get comfortable, and you’ll find that he transforms into a loving and devoted companion. Once Bear trusts you, you’ll discover a friend for life who’s as loyal as they come. 💖 He thrives on routine and forms deep connections with his loved ones, making him the perfect partner for anyone looking for an emotional bond. If you have experience with smart, driven dogs and can offer Bear that peaceful retreat, he will absolutely flourish with your guidance. And let’s not forget his playful side! Bear loves playing ball and is highly food motivated, which means training sessions are bound to be a blast! 🎾 Bear can be dog selective, and with the right match, we would be a playful canine companion for the right existing furbaby. Bear is already neutered and gets along wonderfully with children, making him a great fit for families. Just a heads-up, though—he doesn’t vibe well with cats, so those furry felines will need to stay elsewhere. If you think you can offer Bear the loving, single-pet home he deserves, then he may just be the perfect match for you! This sweet boy is currently in a foster home, eagerly waiting for his forever family to come along. If you’re ready to take on the rewarding journey of adopting Bear, don’t hesitate to reach out! Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. What are you waiting for? Apply today! Click here to apply for the pet

Ollie is fostered in Snohomish and eligible for adoption anywhere!  Welcome Ollie to Murci's Mission. This fine sporting mix came to Murci's Mission from our friends at Becky's Best Buddies. He is approximately 55lbs with an estimated birthdate of 12/07/2024.  Ollie is social to dogs and kids with a biddable disposition. He is too over the top with cats. He is high energy and would love an active family who enjoys running or hiking, or an adopter interested in sports like agility, flyball, dock diving, barn hunt, nose work etc. He has nice foundational obedience like sit, stay, place, down, kennel etc and is eager to work together to learn even more.  Ollie is crate trained and can settle down well in the house for movie night or board games. He's an all around good boy with a ton of potential.  Please begin by submitting an application at www.murcismission.org. Ollie's adoption fee is $200, and he comes home fully vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and neutered. He will also come with a leash, collar, ID tag, and a food sample.  Thanks for checking out our guy!  ##2636145##

Story
Roscoe is just about the most loving blue heeler you've ever met. He knows sit, down, comes when called, will hold a treat on his nose, waits to eat until told "release", and will spin for a treat. We adopted him as a 12-week puppy and he's now almost 3 years old. He got his full round of shots as a puppy, and has been treated for ticks/fleas in the last month as well is up to date on rabies. He's intact. He also walks on a leash beautifully, but may wander off lead. He lives on a 5-acre property with no fences and didn't used to wander but he's been caught a few times recently at neighbors' homes. He knows how to heard chickens. He lives with an old golden retriever who he gets along with very well. However, he is protective and has gotten aggressive with other dogs. Recently he got into a scuffle with one of our guest's dog--who is also aggressive. With non-aggressive dogs he hasn't had any problems. He also has no leash aggression.
