Story
Ladybug is a sweet, intelligent girl who is looking for an active home that will appreciate both her playful spirit and her loyal companionship. Friendly, affectionate, and always ready for an adventure, Ladybug enjoys spending time with her people whether that means going for walks, riding in the car, exploring the outdoors, or simply hanging out at home. Her happy personality and inquisitive nature make her a fun companion who loves being involved in daily life. Ladybug gets along well with both large and small dogs and has even done well around livestock. She is crate trained, walks nicely on a leash, and can be trusted at home uncrated when left alone. While her training is still a work in progress, she already has a solid foundation and is eager to continue learning with a family that will provide consistency and guidance. Although generally confident and well-mannered, Ladybug does have a shy side and may need a little time to adjust to new situations. She can be vocal, often alerting to noises or visitors at the door, and may bark more than some dogs. She also prefers not to spend long periods confined to a crate and can occasionally have accidents as she continues settling into a routine. Ladybug loves car rides, is unfazed by thunderstorms, and would thrive with a family that can provide regular exercise and mental stimulation. She has done well with children over 12 years old, though she has not yet been tested with younger children. For the right home, Ladybug will be a devoted companion, loyal adventure buddy, and loving best friend for years to come.

Story
Bethany is a 4.5-year-old Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix with a bright mind and an even brighter personality. True to her herding breed roots, she’s incredibly intelligent, active, and always ready for her next adventure. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or learning something new, Bethany thrives when she has both mental and physical stimulation. She’s a gentle and affectionate girl who loves people and isn’t shy about making new friends—strangers included! Bethany gets along well with both small and large dogs and does well with older kids, making her a great addition to many families. She’s also a fantastic travel buddy who doesn’t mind car rides at all. Bethany is both potty-trained and crate-trained, with good house manners—she doesn’t dig and generally knows how to behave indoors. That said, she prefers not to be left in her crate for long periods and would do best in a home where she can be part of the daily action. She’s currently working on her leash skills, as she can pull and gets distracted by things like bikes or skateboards, so continued training will help her shine even more. She’s alert and will bark when someone is at the door—and sometimes more than necessary—so she may need guidance to manage her vocal tendencies. Bethany also has a more dominant personality and would benefit from a confident, experienced owner who can provide structure and consistency. Because of her strong instincts, Bethany is not a good fit for a home with small animals. If you’re looking for a loyal, energetic, and loving companion who will keep you on your toes and fill your days with fun, Bethany might just be your perfect match!

Story
I adopted Milo from Petfinders, he was a stray, and being fostered in a young couples home. We have had him for 3 1/2 years, he is 4 years old. I am very sad to have to rehome him, he is a wonderful dog, loves attention, and playing with other dogs. He has blue eyes that capture your attention. We are retired and want to travel, and having a dog can be complicated. Our lifestyle is changing and cannot give him the attention and active life he deserves. He likes to go on walks, but mostly likes to be around people and given lots of attention. He has chew toys, and can be anxious for attention at times, but he is well trained and listens to commands. I am hoping to find someone with a big yard, maybe has another midsize playful dog to play with, he loves kids too. We are not in a hurry, and will be very selective on who we pick to adopt him, so please be up front with your lifestyle and situation, we are looking for the right fit for him and you.

Story
Jethro is a fun-loving, goofy boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. This happy pup is always ready for the next adventure, whether that means a game of fetch, carrying his favorite toy around proudly, or bouncing around with excitement to greet his people. He’s playful, affectionate, social, and full of life, making him the kind of dog who brings energy and laughter wherever he goes. Jethro absolutely loves being around people and thrives on companionship. He’s confident, friendly, and gentle, with a cuddly side that enjoys curling up close after playtime is over. He gets along well with other dogs, has done well with kids ages 7 and older, and would likely fit into many different types of active homes. He also keeps his kennel clean and walks nicely on a leash. This energetic boy enjoys stuffies, squeaky toys, tug games, and just about anything that keeps him engaged and having fun. Like many excited young dogs, Jethro can sometimes forget his manners or get a little mouthy when he’s overly excited, but it comes from enthusiasm and playfulness rather than anything negative. With continued structure, exercise, and positive guidance, he’ll continue growing into an amazing companion. With his long legs, unique coat, and constant big tail wags, Jethro is impossible not to adore. He would thrive in a home that can keep up with his playful spirit while also giving him plenty of love and attention. If you’re looking for a sweet, adventurous best friend who can make you laugh one minute and cuddle up beside you the next, Jethro may be the perfect fit.
