I am microchipped, heartworm tested and current on my vaccines.3 words that describe me: Athletic, friendly, energeticThings staff and volunteers have to say about me: “Smart pup just needs some training”, “Would make an excellent running partner”Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10) 9/10Housetraining Status: Needs workI should do well in a home: I should do well in a home with other dogs given proper introductions and time to adjust. I do require a dog to dog meet before going home to ensure I will mix well with my new housemates. My humans haven’t seen me around cats so they don’t know how I will act around them. I would do great in homes with children of all ages given proper adult supervision. My favorite activities are: I love running, playing, and exploring outside.Things I need work on are: Housetraining and basic commands.Any special needs: NoneDoggy day out notes:"Crazy Train was a great dog. He was very sweet and calm in the car ride, even though he tried to sneak over the seat hammock by being affectionate. He loved running and hiking the trail just as much as he loved pets and attention afterwards in the yard.""Crazy train did very well on his doggy day out. He is very social and sweet high energy for sure but after a long walk, he was worn out and laid-back.""Crazy Train did so good on his doggy day out! He’s such a fun, social, and loving dog. He was so excited to meet all the new people and places. He did really well during the car ride as well and loved sticking his head out of the window. Such an amazing boy!!""He did amazing, super excited to move and walk, neutral towards other dogs, loves to be outside, but very calm in the house! once we were done with the hike, he just laid down and settled very easily once inside.""Crazy Train was a perfect mix of energy and snuggles. He is like a velcro-dog when chilling out on the couch but also loves to go on walks and explore. He was an extremely hard goodbye. He was very curious especially with new smells and people, he loved to greet everyone he came across. Hi, I'm Jasper! I'm a 1-year-old male border collie mix. I love meeting new people and exploring the world. Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 8 or 9/10 Housetraining Status: I am working on it, a consistent schedule and lots of praise will help me learn! I should do well in a home: I am required to go to a home with children 12 years and older. I previously lived with other dogs, so I should do well with other dogs given proper introductions and time to adjust. My friends at CRHS are unsure how I'd do with cats. My favorite activities are: Running around outside, being active, playing with all kinds of toys. Things I need work on are: Basic commands, housetraining, and leash walking (I pull!)
