Hi, I’m Tony! I’m a 1.5-year-old Border Collie/Heeler mix with a gentle soul and a heart ready for love. My brother Ezekiel and I were found at a campground—skinny, skittish, and unsure of the world. Thankfully, a kind person brought us to Pet Savers, where we’re learning that people can be pretty great! Right now, we’re working on socialization and getting in tip-top shape for adoption. I may be a little shy at first, but once I warm up, I’m as sweet as they come! I’ll need a family that understands I might need a day or two to adjust, but I promise, I’m worth it. I have a full vet check and neutering coming up soon, but in the meantime, I’m accepting applications to meet my future family! Could that be you? I just know the right home is out there for me! You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.All of our adoptable animals are up to date on routine vaccinations, microchipped and spayed or neutered.  If the animal is too young a certificate for the spay/neuter is included in the adoption fee.  Please CLICK HERE to complete our online adoption application. Many of our animals can be seen at our adoption center located at 5820 Richmond Rd, Texarkana, TX on Saturdays between 10 am - 3 pm.  To make arrangements to meet any of our animals, please call us at 1-877-525-4825, option 2.   Texarkana Animal League is a 501c3 non profit and all donations are tax deductible.    Delanie is a super sweet, playful female shepherd/ border collie mix that loves people and seems to get along well with other dogs. She does fairly well on a leash. She has been vetted and is heart worm negative and on preventatives.
