Meet Indo, somebody’s next adventure partner or professional ball catcher. Indo may be one of the smartest7 year old Australian Shepherds you will ever meet. He wants to spend the rest of his life playing ball and swimming. Backstory: I got him as a puppy and lived abroad with him (as a single woman) where he learned he needed to be my “protector”. Now that I have small kids and live in suburbia, he’s having a tough time realizing he doesn’t need to protect me from our own Collie. If I am not around he is great with new people and most dogs, but the second he sees me he goes into protection mode. Indo needs a life with someone who loves adventuring outdoors, running, hiking, swimming.I believe that without me in the picture he may finally be able to “exhale” and live a stress free/ ball catching dogs dream life. We would only adopt out if we could find someone to give him as good of a life that we currently do 💙✨
