  If you’re looking for brilliance wrapped in freckles and puppy kisses, meet Zane. Born around January 3rd, this spunky little Border Collie mix is already proving he’s at the top of his class. Zane doesn’t just learn — he excels. While most puppies are still figuring things out, this bright boy is already heading to the back door to politely alert his foster mom when he needs to go potty. House training graduation? Just a week or two away. We have no doubt he’ll earn that diploma with honors. Zane is one-third of what we lovingly call the Three Amigos — along with his brothers Bleu and Snoopy. Together, they are a whirlwind of freckled faces, tumbling paws, and pure joy. Wrestling? Mastered. Running and jumping? Conquered. Backyard zoomies? Olympic level. But when the play session winds down and the excitement fades, Zane reveals his softer side. He seeks out his foster mom, curls up beside her, and sleeps peacefully for hours. For all his energy and intelligence, he is deeply affectionate and thrives on connection. He currently sleeps in a kennel with his brothers and is doing beautifully with structure and routine. Zane is the kind of puppy who will flourish with an active, engaged family that understands the needs of a smart working-breed mix. He will need consistency, continued training, and ideally a safe, secure fenced yard where he can stretch those athletic legs and put that sharp mind to good use. The “School of Love” may be his favorite class of all. Snuggles? Perfect attendance. Kisses and hugs? Straight A’s. Cozy naps next to his warm human? Advanced placement. Zane bonds deeply and will give his whole heart to his person. At an estimated 45 pounds full grown, he will be the perfect size for adventures by day and couch time by night. Zane isn’t just a cute puppy. He’s a smart, devoted future companion who will grow into an incredible dog for the right family.   Rex is a young dog who has already lived a lifetime’s worth of hardship—and somehow came out the other side with a gentle soul and an open heart. For much of his first year, Rex lived tied out in the woods with a homeless couple, missing out on everything a puppy should know: safety, structure, and the comfort of belonging. Now, at just barely one year old, he’s finally getting his chance at having a good life that does not include a tieout and living in the woods homeless.    This handsome Corgi mix weighs 25 pounds, with a compact, active build and a few healthy pounds still to gain. He sports the most expressive upright ears, short Corgi legs, a long body, and a gorgeous, fluffy tail reminiscent of a Border Collie. His coat is soft and flowing, and his energy is joyful and contagious once he feels safe. Rex is friendly with other dogs and naturally polite in his interactions. When meeting new people, he approaches gently with a submissive posture, ears back at first—then slowly lifting as his confidence grows. He’s still learning how to walk on a leash and is being introduced to basic commands and manners for the very first time and he’s proving to be a quick learner who genuinely wants to please. Because Rex missed out on early training, he will need an adopter who understands young dogs and enjoys helping one grow into his potential. With consistency and positive guidance, Rex could shine in agility, flyball, or other interactive dog sports. More than anything, he’s a dog who wants to work with his person and be part of a family.  Rex is ready to leave survival behind and step into a life filled with love, guidance, and belonging. Diesel was returned to us after being with his adoptive family for almost 2 years. He was very thin, scared of everything and must have spent a lot time in a crate. He is in foster care in Manchester, NH and doing great. He is fat and happy and plays with the other dogs. He has even learned what toys are and loves, loves, loves the kids. He knows his name and basic commands. He is higher energy like all Border Collies and very smart of course. He was neutered today, 1/31/26 so is ready for his new home now!
