Say hello to Baxter (49 lbs), a lively young man who`s always up for a good walk! He came to stay with us because the family he was with unfortunately couldn`t keep him. He’s crate trained and will be all too happy to point out the most fascinating smells on your walks together. We know that he’s lived with dogs previously, but we’d still love to set up a meet and greet between your dog and him. DOG-FRIENDLYADULT ONLYNolan was picked up as a stray in Taberg and found his way to the shelter. He weighs about 50 pounds and is an active boy, but has the leash manners not to pull while out walking with volunteers. He loves to play and spend time with people but doesn`t mind exercising independence when the time calls for it. Nolan`s a bit restless in the shelter and is eager to get out of his kennel but he calms down nicely once he`s out in the sunshine where he can relax.
