My son has made the difficult decision to find a new home for his dog, and he’s asked me to help. With apartment living and his current schedule, he isn’t able to give him the exercise, attention, and companionship he needs, and he’s spending far too much time confined. We would take him ourselves if we could, but our travel schedule keeps us from being able to provide the consistent home he deserves. He is 5 yr and of male dog and he is a kind, very active dog who is up to date on his vaccines. He was abused by his first owner, so meeting new people can be difficult for him, and he needs patience and time to build trust. He has never bitten anyone, and we believe he has the potential to learn and grow with consistent training and a caring person by his side. We’re hoping to find someone who has the time and energy to help him feel safe, stay active, and become part of the family. We want to be honest about his needs because finding the right fit matters so much to us.
