Story
Meet Leo! Leo is a super adorable 1 1/2-year-old Border Collie with a playful spirit, an incredibly loving heart, and enough energy to keep up with all of life's adventures! Most importantly, Leo is a family dog through and through. He loves being around his people and has been a wonderful member of his family. Due to an upcoming move, they are faced with the heartbreaking decision to find him a new home before the end of the month.Leo is wonderful with children and gets along well with other animals. While he can be a little timid when meeting new pets, he's more likely to be the one politely stepping back than causing any trouble. Once he feels comfortable, his friendly and affectionate personality brightly shines through. As a young Border Collie, Leo enjoys staying active and would love a home where he can be included in family activities, outdoor adventures, playtime, and plenty of quality time with his people. He's a smart, eager companion who thrives on connection and companionship.Leo is a courtesy listing and is not currently at the shelter. To learn more about Leo or arrange a meeting, please contact his owner at 208-520-1082.

Story
Meet Rusty! If you're looking for a dog who greets every day with a wagging tail, a happy heart, and endless enthusiasm, Rusty is ready to meet you!Rusty is a 1-year-old Border Collie with a joyful personality that's impossible not to love. He's full of wiggles, tail wags, and energy, and he's happiest when he has something to do. Whether it's playing fetch, going on hikes, learning new tricks, or helping with chores around the house, Rusty is eager to be part of the action.Rusty isn't looking for a new home because of anything he did wrong. As he grew from a puppy into an energetic young Border Collie, it became clear that his exercise and enrichment needs are more than his previous family could provide. They love him dearly and want to find him a home where he can truly thrive. As a Border Collie, Rusty is intelligent, athletic, and enjoys having both his mind and body engaged. He'll flourish with a family who appreciates his zest for life and is excited to include him in daily adventures while giving him opportunities to learn and work alongside them.Rusty is good with children and has all the makings of a very incredible family companion and the most loyal best friend. Because we don't know much about his experience with other dogs, slow, proper introductions will help set him up for success. He would not be a good fit for a home with cats, as they are simply too exciting for him to resist chasing. If you're looking for a happy-go-lucky companion who's always ready for the next adventure, Rusty may be the perfect addition to your family. Please call 307-883-PETS to learn more or schedule a visit! Stop by Fridays & Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM and Sundays & Mondays from 1 PM to 4 PM, or schedule an appointment.
