Hi, I’m Ben. I’m a border collie mix who’s still getting used to shelter life. I came in as a stray left between the front doors, so my history is a mystery, but I’m hoping my future is much brighter. I’m a shy guy at first and like to take my time warming up. Once I feel safe, I turn into a total lovebug who just wants gentle affection and calm companionship. I came in with another male dog, so I may do well with canine friends. I’m not sure how I feel about cats yet, but I do seem to be potty trained. I’m looking for someone patient and kind who will let me open up at my own pace. If you give me a little time, I’ll give you all the sweetness I’ve been saving up. Come meet me and see if we’re a good match.

Hi, I’m Jerry. I’m a six‑year‑old border collie mix who came in as a stray, so my past is mostly unknown. What I can tell you is that I’m a gentle, sensitive guy who needs a little time to feel safe. I’m definitely on the shy side and not very confident at first. I like to take things slow and get to know people at my own pace. But once I warm up, I’m all in. I turn into a super loving, silly dog who just wants to make you smile. When I see someone I trust, I jump up, zoom around, and do my happy dance. I came in with another male dog, so I may do well with canine friends. We’re not sure how I feel about cats yet. If you’re patient, kind, and willing to let me open up gradually, I’ll reward you with all the joy and sweetness I’ve been saving up. Come meet me — I’d love to show you my zoomies.

These sweet youngsters came to us as strays, and while we don't know much about their past, we do know they’re ready for a fresh start with families who will give them the patience, guidance, and love they deserve. The girls are Shenanigan, Hocus Pocus, and Lollygag, while the boys are Hanky Panky, Skedaddle Dilly Dally, and Tomfoolery. Each one has their own unique personality, but they all have one thing in common: they need a family willing to help them learn how to be the best pups they can be. Because they came in as strays, these pups will need basic training and plenty of positive reinforcement. They are not yet house-trained, so their new families should be prepared for some puppy accidents and the time and consistency it takes to teach good house manners. With patience, routine, and lots of encouragement, these pups have so much potential. They’re looking for people who understand that raising a young dog is a commitment — but also know that watching them learn, grow, and bond with their family is incredibly rewarding.
