Story
Meet Arrow, a handsome four-year-old Border Collie mix who is looking for an active partner to keep up with his zest for life! This smart, neutered male is the ultimate "working dog" at heart and would thrive in a home where he has a specific job to do or a dedicated trail to hike every morning. While he is a total gentleman indoors—being both housetrained and kennel trained—his instinct to work is strong; he is wonderful with children but will occasionally try to "herd" them, so he’d do best with a family that understands his breed’s unique drive. Arrow prefers to be the star of the show and requires a cat-free home, and while he can be picky about his canine coworkers, he is a loyal companion ready to give his whole heart to the right leader. For more information, contact the City/County Animal Shelter at (307) 686-5249.

Story
Kronk is a one-year-old Border Collie and Labrador Retriever mix with a heart full of love and a playful spirit. He’s the type of dog who will happily melt right into your lap for cuddles, making him an instant favorite with everyone he meets. Though he is still working on some basic manners, Kronk is eager to learn and responds well to patient guidance and positive interactions. He gets along well with other dogs and would do best in an active home where he can enjoy plenty of exercise, playtime, and mental stimulation. Kronk has a lot of energy, so a family with older children who can keep up with him would be a great fit. Due to his natural herding instincts and enthusiasm, Kronk is not a match for homes with cats, as they are just a bit too exciting for him to resist chasing. If you’re looking for a loving, enthusiastic companion who is ready to join you on your adventures, Kronk may be the perfect match. We invite you to come meet him and see if this sweet, energetic boy could be part of your family.

Story
This little cutie is Georgia. She is searching for a new home. She'd really love to be the center of attention in her new home. She may be able to live with another dog but really thrives on her human connections. She is shy at first, but once she trusts you, she'll be glued to your hip. Fun fact about Georgia... she is an excellent biking partner! She runs alongside the bicycle perfectly. She has been around cats, and if they are also chill, she is ok around them. Georgia really does not care for kids at all, so she'll need an adult only home. A home where she has some land to run her energy off or a large backyard to explore. Apply to meet this petite gal today!
