Annie came to us from a hoarding situation. She was so glad when we came in the house to get the other dogs and followed us around the house as we helped the other dogs. She gets along great with other dogs. Annie is high energy and will need a family that is active. She is oh so loving and affectionate and deserving of a forever home.January 1, 2026, 6:40 pm

Please read the entire bio for this rescue, it will provide all the information that one needs to decide if they would like to apply to adopt from SCMR. Adoption fee:  $350.00   BJ belonged to an older lady who tried to sneak him into her apartment and got caught. So she had to put him into rescue. He’s a nice little fellow, a chihuahua/cairn mix, 6 years old and 8-10 pounds. BJ is housetrained…prefers to be walked outside to potty. He is a complete lapdog! Perfect for an apartment dweller…just make sure you can have a dog! Leash-trained and loves to be walked. Good in the car and good with other dogs and with people. Can be nippy when he wants to be left alone. Doesn't like big dogs. Great little guy!   Adoption fee: $350.00.   Out-of-state adoptions are possible; however, the approved adoptive home is responsible for making the necessary arrangements to pick up their new little one.  To be considered to adopt me, please fill out an APPLICATION.  NOTE: SCMR does not adopt to homes with children under the age of 10 years or homes with Electric Fences.
