You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Marshall County Humane Society requires an appointment to show an animal since we are all volunteer. We also require a home visit before finalizing adoption to check the security of your fence if you are adopting a dog. We only adopt to areas within 125 mi. of Holly Springs MS. Our dogs are given much care and attention and we want to make sure they are in a safe and secure environment. We are a limited intake adoption center and a non-profit organization. Our animals have been spayed/neutered & are up to date on shots. Our standard Dog adoption fee is $175 which includes a microchip. We sometimes make exceptions to standard fee for those with extra medical care. Our Cat adoption fee is $105.00. Dogs will require a fenced yard. For application, go to our website Marshallcountyhumanesociety.org, go to Adoption Info tab and click on Application. For more info, call 662-564-2900. Rusty is a fun loving young guy; loves running in the play yard. He could use a young man or young lady to run and play with. Beth and her two sisters have grown up in the shelter. They came in as "teenage" puppies and are still with us. There is not a mean bone in this body! But, she and her sisters prefer other dogs over people. Again...NO AGGRESSION - they simply prefer other dogs. They are very athletic and would make great dogs on a farm. They will all require an adopter with patience to let them come around for petting in their own time. All three are beautiful girls - Monica, Evelyn, & Beth. They are do SO WELL with dogs that they are our "temperament testers".

Conrad #25197; male; mixed breed; estimated age 1y ; approximate weight 55lbs. This pup was dumped on a county road and left to fend for himself. He was underweight and flea infested when he arrived. Now look what a handsome specimen guy! He is the total package: plays with males and females in a large playgroup; loves cuddle time with volunteers; treat motivated and easily trained. He is up-to-date on all vaccines, neutered, wormed, and on heartworm prevention. 2026 will be a great time to make him yours. *UPDATE* Conrad's brothers have both been rescued. He is sad being left behind. A young guy like this doesn't need to grown up in a noisy shelter. Please consider loving this boy!
