Hi there, I am Toby. I am a 10 year old Yorkie/ Cairn Terrier Mix. I am current on my vaccines, heartworm tested, neutered, and microchipped. 3 words that describe me: Gentle. Chill, Friendly Things staff and volunteers have to say about me: I am a small guy who just wants to play and cuddle. I still love to play tug a war and I don't let my age slow me down. Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 4/10 Housetraining Status: I am housetrained, however as I go to my new home I may need a few days to get used to our routine together. I should do well in a home: I should do well in a home with other dogs with proper introductions. I should do well in a home with cats. I would do best in a calmer home so all kids in my forever home would need to be 8+. My favorite activities are: I love to play tug a war and cuddle up with my people. Things I need work on are: Basic commands Any special needs: N/A Doggy day out notes: "Toby was very good today. He is super nice and while he does lead, he listens to instructions like "come" pretty well. He is very snuggly and will pick up your arm with his nose if you do stop petting him. He seemed to love walking, but was getting tired by the end of a block (was about 75 degrees and sunny out though). Toby is a great pup!" "We went to two stores and he walked well on the leash. He likes to stay on your right side. He did pull more when walking at the park and loved to smell things. Showed no interest in getting in the water. He took treats from strangers and let them pet him with no problem. Stayed in his seat while riding! He did poop in Home Depot haha. Very sweet dog. No aggression whatsoever."
