Hey there Valentine, this is Daisy, and I am a 5-year-old total love bug and people pleasing Border Collie who forms deep bonds and thrives on companionship and affection. I appear shy when you first meet me because I am unsure of myself here in the shelter and have separation anxiety. My lady love had to relocate for work, and I was surrendered to the shelter. I thought I was going to day care but quickly realized that I was not going home at the end of the day. I am just broken hearted to be away from the love that I have known for so many years. It`s time for me to find my new family to love!I am affectionate, alert, responsive, emotionally intelligent and attach quickly to people who help me feel secure. I am smart, able to learn, follow commands and mostly I need exercise and mental stimulation to stay balanced and connected. I am beautiful, soft, fluffy, happy, pleasant, quietly confident, and potty trained. Border Collies are known to be loyal, lovable and adaptable so I think that makes me an awesome pet for your family. I would do best in a home where someone is around often and willing to help me regain my confidence. In return, I will fill your days with affection, gratitude and unconditional love!I am spayed, microchipped and up-to-date on vaccines.Whether you’re out for an adventure or curled up on the couch, I am the loyal canine companion that will love you forever.
