Saha may not be the loudest or the flashiest dog you’ll meet, but her story is one that deserves to be heard — and held with gentle hands. She spent most of her life in a large, illegal puppy mill in Korea, used only for breeding. When the facility was finally shut down, Saha was rescued, already a senior, with little to no adoption prospects simply because of her age.
Despite everything she’s been through, Saha is a quiet, well-mannered soul. She doesn’t demand attention or affection, but she deeply appreciates it when it comes. She enjoys lounging near her humans and would thrive in a peaceful, loving home — especially one that understands the slower, tender rhythm of a senior dog’s life.
She’s currently working on her pee pad training and is about 60% successful. She’s not reactive to other dogs but doesn’t particularly seek them out either. She hasn’t met cats yet. With humans, she is calm, non-aggressive, and easy to care for. She may not play fetch or jump excitedly at the door, but she will bring something far more precious: quiet companionship, gratitude, and trust.
