Are you an active person looking for a compact size dog to go on adventures with? Or perhaps a dog to dabble in sports with?Well, look no further! This petite travel-sized companion is Orie! She`s smart as a whip and LOVES to show off all her training! From sit to `With me` (Her heel command) she`s very in tune with her handler! She thrives with positive reinforcement, and treats; she is not picky. Rain or shine, this girl loves to be outside walking on the trails and putting her nose to work- if you`re looking for a scent work dog, or even trying out barn hunt, Orie would excel in this line of work! She has a high prey drive towards small critters (She is a rat terrier mix after all!) And is looking for a home without cats or other dogs. Orie loves meeting new people, including children over the age of 8!Ready to meet your new velcro best friend? Swing on down to KVHS during available adoption hours to meet her!
