Story
Mara is a very sweet, loving girl! She can be shy for a few minutes, and then she's begging you to hold her in your lap and give puppy kisses! She is also very playful with the other puppies and dogs in the house and loves to wrestle and zoomie around with them. She also loves to spend as much time as you let her hanging outside, even in the chillier weather. She's going to grow up to be large as she is a great pyrenees/ boarder Collie mix.    She's crate trained and sleeps throughout the night in her kennel. She is doing great with potty training and will go outside in cold weather and rain to go potty.    She's also respectful of the cats in the house.   If interested, please  complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Our $295 adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter. With his cloud-soft coat, soulful eyes, and gentle curiosity about the world, Whitman is the kind of puppy who makes every ordinary moment feel a little more special. Whitman is still very much a baby, which means he’s soaking up everything around him like a tiny, four-pawed sponge. Eldridge is a great pyrenees border Collie mix who embodies the best of both worlds! He's a bigger guy, weighing about 15lbs at 9 weeks old, so he will probably be a large dog when fully grown. He is crate trained and sleeps through the night in his kennel. He is doing great with potty training. He loves this colder weather and will go potty in cold weather, rain, or snow! He loves to spend time outdoors hanging out and sniffing around the yard. He's very calm and sweet with the humans in his life. He will beg for cuddles and will take naps in your lap. But, he gets some serious zoomies with the other dogs in the home and loves to wrestle with them.
