It isn't my fault ;( I mean, picture this..... there i was, minding my own business... and my mom and dad sit me down to tell me that they are getting a divorce :( And my mom, brother and I will be homeless soon :( :( what do you do??? I was lucky enough to find a rescue that was able to help me be safe and loved. (my mom and brother found a safe place too) So here i am at the rescue, just waiting to be discovered by my real forever family and I have some things to tell you about me.... I am cute, a little chunky and a little silly at times. But i am SERIOUSLY looking for that home. So if you like a chonky diva, I am yours!!! Adopt me and give me the home i deserve ;) Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Luke is a gentle, loving boy with a calm and quiet nature. He enjoys playing catch and is perfectly content entertaining himself with a ball. He’s very attentive, eager to please, and impressively easy to train—he picked up kennel training in just two days. Luke is affectionate and loves to give hugs, always looking to his people for reassurance and connection. He can be timid around other dogs, likely due to past experiences as a stray; when he was found, he had bite marks and a wound on his leg, all of which have since healed. Despite everything he’s been through, Luke’s gratitude for being rescued shines through in everything he does. He’s eager to learn, eager to love, and would make a wonderful companion. Luke does well with cats and children and is ready to find a safe, patient home where he can truly thrive. 💛

He deserves a home with someone that can spend the time with him and include him in daily life. He is trainable, knows sit, shake, stay, and is treat motivated. He is goofy, silly, and very lovable. Once he's comfortable with his owner he is a good boy, it will take someone who can be the dominant person.
