Story
I got Basil when I was in high school when she was just about 8 weeks old. She’s been an amazing dog, and is a very sweet girl. Within the last 1.5 years, shortly after having my daughter, Basil has experienced severe skin issues and weight loss. Her skin sheds everyday, all day long, as she scratches herself until told to stop. Then gets right back to scratching… I’ve changed her diet, given her different medications prescribed by a vet, along with an allergy shot and a steroid shot. Nothing I’ve done has helped, and I cannot afford to care for her anymore. It saddens my family and I to say goodbye to Basil, but for her health we have to let go. Whoever adopts Basil needs to understand there WILL be vet testing and medication cost for her.

I’ve had the privilege of fostering her since she was just 4 weeks old, and she has grown into such an amazing puppy. Nova is: ✨ Very playful, fun, and full of energy ✨ Extremely smart and eager to learn ✨ Great with other dogs ✨ Good with kids ✨ Well-behaved indoors ✨ Fully vaccinated Nova thrives on companionship and would do best with someone who is home most (or all) of the day. She loves being around her people and deserves a home where she’ll get plenty of attention, time, and love. She was born on September 18, 2025, and has been raised with care, structure, and affection.
