Ginger has been part of our family for over 8 years. My brother and sister-in-law adopted her at about a year and a half old, to grow up with their son Alec. She is very bonded with her 'brother' Skooter who was adopted about 6 years ago. They hope to remain together. My sister-in-law and brother have both passed away, about 18 months apart. I moved into their house with my nephew, Alec, and both dogs in October of 2021. Our circumstances are now changing, and we cannot keep the dogs. Ginger is very loving, playful, protective, assertive, not overly friendly with strangers, and territorial. She does not always do well with meeting other dogs. Ginger is fearful of loud noises- thunder, fireworks, gun shots. She has exceptional hearing, and will bark at anything she sees outside. She needs to be introduced to new people slowly, and would not do well around small kids. She is resistant to being brushed, or having her toenails trimmed, but has been to groomers in the past.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Please go to our website for all specific information about this dog.  Our info doesn't transfer over to the adoption sites.  Scarlett is a very lovely girl who is loyal and smart.  She's done well with most dogs she's been around.  We discovered she does not like white German Shepherds however.  She was picked up by animal control with a poodle mix boy, Quincy, and they likely came from the same home as they seem to know each other well (vs meeting up on the streets).  She's slow going when meeting bigger dogs in general until she knows they're no threat to her but does great with smaller dogs.   She has been barking at the resident cat when she sees her but hasn't been face to face so we would say no cats until we know otherwise.   Prior to adoption, our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped and parasite treated/prevented.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.September 22, 2023, 3:04 pm

When the cats run away or hides, he doesn't look for it or chase them. ▶ (relationship with people) : He loves people so much. And he is friendly and good with kids. ▶ (house trained) : Outdoor defecation He urinates while he is taking a walk. He defecates outside the house twice normally. (He never urinates or defecates at home!) ▶ (walks on leash) : He has no resistance to leash. He is very fond of taking a walk. ▶ (special notes) : When a motorcycle catches his eyes, he tries to chase the motorcycle. (I'm teaching about it that’s why he tries not to follow the motorcycle.) He has a joint problem. Sometimes it seems hard for him to run for a long time. He likes people so much that he wants to get attentions that’s why he approaches people actively. He jumps when he greets people. But, He is often not favorable to other dogs. When the other dog shows little bit of aggressiveness then Deok Bae takes an attacking stance or barks. He is sensitive to the sounds like TV and so on that’s why he sometimes whines.

My wife and I added Fable to our family in Summer 2015. She was our first daughter. She was born 07 April, 2015. She is eight (8) years old now and in excellent health. She is fun, energetic, family focused, and extremely kind to our young girls. We are looking for an owner that will love her as much as we have. It would be an amazing gift to find her a new home that will take her outdoors and on adventures. We have slowed down a lot since we had our second daughter (1 year old). She would love a large area to play; whether that’s in a large back yard, on farmland, or on local outdoor hiking trails. My new work is taking me overseas and will make their lives unbearably constrained. We really want her and her brother, Legend, to go to a home that will give her love, adventure, freedom, and as many well deserved belly rubs as possible.

My wife and I adopted Legend in 2015. He has always been our big snuggle bear. He adores all humans and isn’t afraid to show it. He is kind, caring, and attentive. He is 8 years old and his birthday is 22 August, 2015. We are looking for a family with space, time, and an outdoor sense of adventure for him. It’s what he had with us when we were younger and less overwhelmed. It’s what he deserves. He will make any runner, hiker, farmer, outdoorsman, or other adventurer incredibly happy. He is happiest playing in big spaces. And he will never run out of energy or enthusiasm. We love him so much. My work in the Army is taking us overseas. Our lovely dogs will not have large enough spaces or freedom as we travel. We really want Legend to have a adventurous, outdoor second half of his life filled with love, play, and as many belly rubs as humanly possible. We don’t want any money, just an owner or family of owners that will give him love and affection.
