Meet Gravy, the adorable pup with a heart of gold! Although my name may be Gravy, my foster parents affectionately call me Layne. They say I'm a delightful blend of Boston Terrier and Boxer, but what's certain is that I'm packed with personality and love!
At just about a year old, I'm still a playful pup with boundless energy and an insatiable curiosity. Toys are my absolute favorite, and I'll happily entertain myself with balls, stuffed animals, bones, you name it! Playing fetch is a blast, but I'm just as content snuggling up on the couch for some quality downtime.
One thing my foster parents rave about is how well-behaved I am. I'm fully housebroken, never making a mess indoors, and I'm a champ at sleeping through the night. Plus, I've got brains to match my cuteness! I'm learning commands like "sit" with gusto, especially if there's a treat involved. Training classes? Sign me up! I'm eager to please and always ready to learn.
Living with cats and smaller dogs has taught me valuable lessons in sharing and coexistence. While I might not quite understand that cats aren't up for playtime, I'm a quick learner and respectful of their boundaries. And as for other dogs, I'm learning that sharing is caring, even if it means giving up my favorite spot on the couch.
