Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Ben Franklin! He’s 25lbs, neutered, approx 20 months old now, ultra sweet and exceptionally playful. He has juvenile Cataracts and we’ve started a fundraiser for the $10k needed for surgery. He is potty trained. Is very dog friendly but not tested on cats. He does well inside the crate and not a barker. He is very polite with food around other dogs and plays nicely sharing toys. He has a gentle mouth and takes gently from the hand. He’s not a fan of being on a leash but will do it, and again once he’s got corrected vision, I’m sure will be happier being taken for walks. He is a little hyper, and bouncy, and I believe this might be due to his lack of vision so his other senses are hyper stimulated, but will sit on command, and come when called. I think that’s once he can see again he will be easier to settle and easier to train and learn about boundaries. If interested in this adorable guy, we can certainly provide additional details on his upcoming cataracts surgery.

Story
Hi, I’m Petey. I’m a 10‑year‑old Boston boy weighing 35 pounds, with a big heart and an even bigger love for being close to my person. I’m what they call a certified love bug—I follow my foster around the house because being near my human makes me feel safe and happy. Snuggles are my specialty. I’m a quiet guy and never bark. I don’t play much with the other dogs, but I’m starting to get curious about toys… I’m still figuring out what all the fuss is about. I’m a perfect gentleman, still learning the ropes, and I try my very best every day. I’m trained on the potty pad, and I’m great on a leash. I enjoy going on walks and I’m amazing on them—steady, calm, and happy to trot right beside you. I’m good with kids, cats, and dogs, and I’d be a wonderful companion for a senior or anyone who wants a gentle, low‑energy buddy. I love peanut butter and bacon‑flavored treats, cozy naps, and being close enough to feel your warmth. What I’d really love is a home where life is a mix of chill and a little bit of adventure… and where someone wants snuggles all day long. If you’re looking for a sweet, quiet, loyal friend who will adore you with his whole heart, I’m your guy. My adoption fee is $100, but if you are a senior yourself (65+) my adoption fee is waived.   We are always looking for good foster homes. Story
I am Bowie, a 3‑year‑old, 15‑pound professional happiness enthusiast. Honestly, I’m pretty sure the whole world exists just so I can enjoy it, and I do. Every day. With gusto. I adore my humans and stick to them like a tiny, loyal shadow. If you move, I move. If you sit, I curl up at your feet or slide right into your lap like it’s my natural habitat. I’m quiet, polite, and perfectly content to just be with you wherever we go. I’ve got all the good‑boy basics down: I’m house trained, crate trained, and leash trained. I’m great with kids, too. Other dogs? Well… I need a slow introduction. I don’t trust them right away, but once I decide they’re okay, things get easier. I’m a playful little guy, fetch, short walks, a quick burst of zoomies, but that’s just the warm‑up. My true calling is cuddling. After a bit of play, I’m ready to spend the rest of the day snuggled up with my human, soaking in all the love. I’m also a big fan of car rides, especially when the destination involves a pup cup. If whipped cream is involved, I’m already buckled in. If you’re looking for a devoted companion who believes joy is a lifestyle and cuddles are a necessity, I’m your boy. My adoption fee is $400. Story
Hi, I’m Oreo — a 4½â€‘year‑old, 17-pound Boston girl with a big heart and an even bigger love for being close to my humans. If you’re on the couch, I’m right beside you. If you’re in bed, I’m curled up next to you. I’m happiest when I’m near my people. I’m super sweet and I play wonderfully with the other foster doggy in my home. I love toys, especially balls, and I’ll happily entertain myself or join in for a good game. I also love food… a lot. I’ll even get a little vocal to let you know when I’m hungry. What can I say? A girl knows what she wants. Being food‑motivated makes training easy, and I’m already house trained, crate trained, and leash trained. I’m great with other dogs, kids, and even seniors. I’m currently on allergy meds, but I may not need them all the time. I enjoy playing, but I’m also a champion snuggler who knows how to relax. Walks are one of my favorite things, I get so excited when the harness comes out, and I ride well in the car too. I’d love a family who will play with me, take me on walks, and maybe give me a doggy friend to hang out with. I’m a loving, loyal girl who just wants to be part of someone’s life, whether we’re playing, snuggling, or going on adventures together. My adoption fee is $400. Story
Hi, I’m Darcy — a 7‑year‑old, 21‑pound Boston Terrier with a soft heart, a big cuddle habit, and a story that’s still unfolding. I didn’t have the easiest start in life, but I’m learning every day what it feels like to be safe, loved, and understood. I’m a super sweet girl who absolutely adores water — the pool is my happy place. I’m also a world‑class snuggler who will melt right into you the moment I feel comfortable. I’m trained with the doggy door, I’m crate trained, and I’m great with kids — especially older, considerate ones who understand that I’m still building my confidence. When it comes to other dogs, I’m a bit selective. I do best with calm, submissive pups who won’t overwhelm me. I’m not good with cats, though — they’re just a little too tempting for me. I’m still working on my training, but I’m trying so hard. I just need a family with patience, kindness, and a willingness to help me keep learning. If you give me time, I’ll give you my whole heart. If you’re looking for a loyal, cuddly companion who’s ready for a fresh start and a lifetime of love, I think we could be perfect together. My adoption fee is $300  AVAILABLE EARLY MAY. Story
Hi, I’m Gatsby, a friendly and loving 12-year-old gentleman, around 45 lbs. I’m great with dogs and love to be around people. I’m always up for belly rubs, and if you stop petting me, I’ll paw at your hand to let you know I want more! Even at my age, I still get around great—jumping up on the couch without any issues, and I’m very active and spry for 10. I’m house trained, crate trained, and leash trained. I enjoy spending time with my people and following the pack when they go outside. I do have some allergies, but they’re under control now. While I don’t love car rides, I do enjoy short walks, though I’m more of a relaxed guy most of the time. My ideal home would be one where I’m not left alone too much. A yard and a doggie door would be great, but more than anything, I want to be close to you! I’m the perfect couch potato companion. My adoption fee is $100, but if you are a senior yourself (65+) my adoption fee is waived.    We are always looking for good foster homes.
