Frankie was an owner surrender to our rescue due to having epilepsy and the couple was going through a divorce and neither wanted the responsibility of a dog with epilepsy. He is currently on 2 medications to keep his seizures under control and has been doing very well. He will need an adopter with experience with seizures. He will require regular vet visits for bloodwork for his seizure medication. He is doing well with dogs his size in his foster home. Dallas-Fort Worth area adoption only. Adoption Application required. Adoption fee is $350

Ace found himself at a local shelter after being rehomed by original owner. Owners did not reclaim. Ace seems to be dog friendly, cats unknown and seems people friendly. He is a little over 2 yrs old. He is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped and on heartworm prevention. He needs a forever home that will not fail him again. His adoption fee is $350.

Story
Ernie loves attention and being with his human(s) as much as possible. He gets along with other dogs and lives with dogs of all sizes and ages in his foster home. He would be a great travel companion as he loves to go for rides and make new friends. He is good on a leash and would enjoy walks, but of course, with all brachycephalic breeds, his humans have to be cautious of hot weather (especially when it is humid) even more than other breeds. He is not yet house or crate trained and needs someone who will take him out on a regular basis and continue with that training. We feel he might have been in a breeding situation and was kept crated most of the time, so this is taking longer than usual. He has great manners otherwise and is just an outgoing and loving boy.He is current with his vetting - all vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

Bert and his brother Ernie came into rescue together, and we think they were used for breeding. Like his brother, Bert loves attention and being with his human(s) as much as possible. He gets along with other dogs and lives with dogs of all sizes and ages in his foster home. He would be a great travel companion as he loves to go for rides and make new friends. He is good on a leash and would enjoy walks, but of course, with all brachycephalic breeds, his humans have to be cautious of hot weather (especially when it is humid) even more than other breeds. Bert is crate-trained and will ask to go out before going inside. Since his foster mom is home most of the time, he has not had any issues, but he might need more training if left alone for several hours.He is fully vetted - current with vaccines, neutered, micro chipped, and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

You can see in her photos: she sits like a tiny mob boss, naps like she pays the bills, and lounges like she owns the house. She is kind. She is calm. She is a sweetheart who just wants love and a soft bed. If you want an easy, funny, low maintenance best friend, this girl is it. All Dallas Dog adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. Puppies adopted under the age of five months require a spay/neuter contract, and all dogs are required to be spayed by six months unless otherwise medically noted. Our dogs are currently on heartworm preventative. Puppies receive 3 to 4 rounds of vaccinations depending on their age, and adults receive two rounds unless they've been with us longer than a year, in which case they receive the booster update.
